The Tsunami CORE Series Desiccant Air Dryer is a high-quality drying equipment designed for intermittent, lower pressure point-of-use applications. It offers world-class air dryness at an affordable price. The dryer features an anodized housing with a color-changing moisture indicator and automatic drains. It also includes inline pre-filtration to remove bulk liquids and fine particulates prior to drying.
The Tsunami manual change desiccant cartridge used in the dryer eliminates dusting and tunneling of air flow through the media, resulting in improved performance of the output air. The cartridge combines two media types to ensure efficient removal of water vapor. The dryer is designed as a complete package and comes with a mounting bracket for easy installation.

Product Usage Instructions
- Before installation, ensure that there is a 17-inch clearance below the dryer to allow for cartridge servicing.
- Connect the filtered air inlet of the dryer to the air source.
- The air enters the dryer and travels downward around the cartridge.
- Next, the air enters the cartridge and passes through the dual-layered desiccant media to remove water vapor.
- The dry air then passes through a 10-micron filter disk before exiting the dryer outlet.

HOW IT WORKS
- Filtered air enters the dryer inlet & travels downward around the cartridge.
- The air then enters the cartridge & travels through the dual layered desiccant media, which removes water vapor.*
- The dry air passes through a 10 micron filter disk before exiting the dryer outlet.
- *The CORE cartridge combines two media types to eliminate dusting and “tunneling” of air flow through the media; improving performance of the desiccant media.
Installation Tip: Allow a 17″ clearance below the dryer for servicing the cartridge.
