POWER SUPPLY

The RockBoard® Power Block comes with a regulated 18V power adaptor, that can handle up to 2000 mA. It is built to handle 100 to 240V input at 47 to 63 Hz.

CAUTION:

If you use a proprietary power adaptor, make sure it meets the above mentioned input and output data to avoid overheating and damage of the unit.

DESCRIPTION & ACCESSORY

  • Simultaneous powering of 8 x 9V and 2 x 18V pedals without loss of signal quality.
  • 8 red LEDs indicate short-circuitry for each 9V-port individually.
  • Accessories: AC-Adaptor, connection cables for each port.

Use standard industry 5.5 x 2.1 mm jacks with positive barrel and negative tip wiring.

CONNECTIONS & USAGE

  1. Plug the included AC adaptor into the units input port.
  2. Plug the AC adaptor into the wall outlet. The blue LED will light up to indicate correct powering.
  3. Connect your pedals to the appropriate output ports with the included connection cables.
  4. If one of the red LEDs lights up, a pedal is short circuited. Refer to the wiring diagram below to connect the pedals with the correct polarity.
  5. Power handling: 1200 mA in sum for the eight 9V outputs and 800 mA in sum for the two 18V outputs. Total Power handling: 2000 mA

Connection And Usage

  1. 18V input jack; plug in DC power adapter here
  2. 9V output jacks with individual LEDs indicating that short circuited pedals are attached
  3. Blue LED indicating if unit is powered
  4. 2 x 18 Volt output jacks for pedals with 18 Volt power supply
