Connection Diagram
Hardware Casting
Combination of receiver and transmitter, plug and play
- Connect the HD port of the receiver to the video input port of the display device such as the monitor or 1V.
- Connect the power supply port of the receiver to the charging cable and plug it into the power adapter ( Voltage above 5\/, current above2A).
- Adjust the HD Signal source of the monitor or 1V to the corresponding HD port until the boot screen is displayed.
- Connect the transmitter to the computer or other devices with HD video output function . After the indicator I ight enters the fast flash state • wait for ten seconds to complete casting.
*Please make sure that the power of the computer is sufficient. If the power supply of the computer is insufficient or HD is unable to supply power , please connect the transmitter to the power adapter or power supply port ( Voltage above 5V, current above 2A)
Pairing Instructions
The product has been paired out of the factory. In case of pairing failure due to improper operation or other circumstances during use, it is necessary to restore and re air the device as follows:
- Please press the receiver function button for more than 3 seconds, and the prompt will pop up on the interface: Release the button to pair with TX. Wait for the transmitter to enter pairing mode
- Press the transmitter function button for more than 5 seconds until the indicator lights off for 1S, then the indicator will flash for pairing , and wait for the transmitter indicator to be always on, indicating that the connection is successful.

Problem solving
Q:Can devices without HD interface be used?
A: Yes, please use the device with an HD interface converter.
Q:How to enter privacy mode?
A: Tap the transmitter function button to disconnect or reconnect.
Q:Why does the image appear to shake/disconnect?
A: Please make sure you are using a SV /2A power supply. Unstable
currents from power banks and some computers can lead to image shaking issues.
Switch to a SV /2A power supply before use.
Q:How should the connection be set up?
A: During the product connection process, the signal light will flash.
Once successfully connected, the signal light will stop flashing. Do not press
the buttons on the transmitter during the connection process. Holding down the
transmitter button for an extended period without releasing it will caused
pairing failure with the receiver and preventing screen mirroring.
Q:Unclear video quality and inability to play 4K videos?
A: The product supports 4K decoding but outputs at 1080P. The optimal
transmission effect is 4K, but the actual video quality is influenced by the
hardware of your devices.
Q:Maximum transmission distance and latency effects?
A: The product’s maximum transmission distance is 98 feet/30 meters, with
a latency of less than 0.1 seconds. A stable 5V/2A power supply is required
during use to ensure consistent signal transmission.
Q:lncompatibility with my smartphone?
A: This product only supports usage with computers, laptops, TV boxes,
cameras, and other devices with HDMI interfaces. It does not support
smartphones or iPads.
Q:Unable to connect, continuously searching for signal sources?
A: Please ensure correct product connections. TX and RX should be
connected appropriately. If the playback device displays a black screen or
continuously shows an HDMI signal connection, note that TX is the signal
transmitting end for connecting output devices (such as computers and
laptops), while RX is the signal receiving end for connecting playback
devices.
*Note: If the above QA does not solve your problem, please contact our customer support.
