Foreword
Hi! Welcome to use FITCAMX Intelligent LCD Car Key. Please read this manual carefully before using this product.
Attention
The product has a built-in lithium battery. Please keep it away from high-
temperature environments over S0°C to prevent malformations or other damages
from high temperatures. This product is not designed to be waterproof, please
play attention to avoid the short circuit and other faults caused by water
ingress
Warning:
When using this product to lock your car, please check whether the car doors
have been locked to ensure the safety of your car.
Installation
Step 1
Fetch out the circuit board of the original car key and find corresponding
keys according to the functions of the original car key. (The following
picture is for reference, please find Unlock key/lock key/trunk key)
Step 2
Solder the transfer wire of this product to the corresponding function keys of
the original car key. If the original car key has four function keys, the
fourth is the multifunction key.
Attention:
It is not divided into negative and positive poles when welding function keys,
but it must be divided into negative and positive poles when soldering the
battery (the position of the button battery of the original car key).
Must weld the function keys in the diagonal position as shown by the arrow in P2.
Step 3
After welding the main board of the original car key, insert the plug of the
patch cord into the LCD key. Please take care that the end of the plug which
can see the color line should face down
Step 4 (0ptional function)
If Comfort Access System is selected, insert the OBD recorder into the OBD
socket under the steering wheel. (The car key needs to be matched after
inserting to the socket) Method: Close to the car, press the physical unlock
key and then press the screen unlock key, which synchronizes the physical and
screen keys. If this function does not work, please check whether the codes of
the car key and the plug are consistent
Functions Introduction
Display Interface Introduction
- Swipe up to unlock according to the screen prompt.
- The lock icon on the top left shows the status of the lock and unlock of the car, ( The battery icon)means the electric quantity and charging state of the battery.
Main Control Interface Introduction
- Click the corresponding function icons to control corresponding car functions
- Long press the center key for 10 seconds to select the car logo.
- Slide the display area left and right to enter other setting pages.
Introduction of Comfort Access System (OPTIONAL)
- After opening the comfort access system, during parking, the car doors are automatically locked when people leave the car and unlocked when peopl close to the car
- Click the icon to open or close this function
- Select ON/OFF to realize automatic locking during leaving and automatic unlocking when people close to the car. Select to lock only to realize the car is automatically locked when people leave or approach. This function is for the car models with induction-type car door handle unlocking.
Locking and Window Lifting
When the original car has functions of automatically folding rearview
mirrors after locking and long pressing the lock key to roll up windows, use
the function of long pressing the unlock key to roll down windows which can
realize to fold the rearview mirrors and roll up windows automatically during
leaving. (The original cars without functions of auto-folding rearview mirrors
and auto rolling up windows do not have this function)
Pedometer
- The pedometer records the steps every day and resets automatically at midnight. Or Long press to reset the pedometer directly.
The Phone Number of the Car Owner
****The phone number of the car owner is shown in this interface to guard against loss. Click the icon to re-edit the phone number.
Device Setting
- Click
the icon to enter - Click the icon to set the time and date of the device
- Click the icon to set the wa
- Click the icon to check the version number of the device
Q&A
Q: What car models can FITCAMX Intelligent LCD Car Key be used for?
A: The product is compatible with car models with Auto Start. but is not
applicable to mechanical keys.
Q: Will the car key affect the safety of cars?
A: The principle of this product is to change the original physical car
buttons to the screen touch and button control which does not affect the
signal frequency and safety of the original car key.
Q: How does the battery last in this product?
Will the functions of the original car key work nomally if the screen is
not displayed because of no power?
A: This product has a 1000mA rechargeable lithium battery which can be used
for about 3 days. Although the screen is not displayed when the battery is
low, the physical buttons on the panel ca still be used about over 6 months.
Please feel assured to use it.
Q: Will the original car key be affected by welding during installation?
A: When installing this Intelligent LCD Car Key, you need to connect the wires
to the switch of the circuit board of the original car key. If you want to use
the shell of the original car key, you just need to remove the bonding wire.
Q: Is the correct information about the cars shown on the screen?
A: This product displays car models through reading OBD information. Some car
models may be different which does not affect the normal use of the car key.
Warranty Policy
- Statement of Limited Warranty Period Provide a free warranty for one year, free parts and maintenance fees for quality problems in the first year, and free maintenance fees for quality problems in the second year, but only charge for parts.
- In one of the following situations, three guarantees are not provided
- If the product purchase certificate cannot be provided, the certificate can be an online store order number or receipt.
- Products whose warranty period exceeds 1 year.
- Failure to install in accordance with the product description causes damage; Failure to obtain the authorization of the company to remove screws without authorization and cause damage.
