Product Usage Instructions: HZCS-X6 Automatic Oil Acidity Tester
The HZCS-X6 Automatic Oil Acidity Tester is equipped with a large LCD screen and touch buttons for easy operation. It is divided into four main display sections:

Boot Screen
When the instrument is powered on, the screen will display a cross-cursor image. To calibrate the touch screen, follow these steps:

  1. Touch the cross cursor with your finger.
  2. Enter the touch screen calibration screen.
  3. Follow the prompts on the screen to calibrate five basis points (four corners and center).
  4. The cross cursor will automatically move to the next calibration point after each calibration.

Note: The instrument comes pre-calibrated from the factory. Only perform the calibration if necessary. If there is no touch input on the cross cursor for 2 seconds, the instrument will automatically enter the boot welcome screen.

Parameter Settings
Under the boot screen, press the “Set.” key to access the parameter settings. The LCD screen will display the parameter settings menu.

The instrument structure is shown in the figure below:

Note: can be placed in rotary table 6 oil cup, an experiment can do no more than a sample. The instrument is divided into three parts, namely, the control box, mechanical transmission parts, and test area. The test area is placed in the oil cup wheel, a number of drops of the detection device, and the automatic determination of acid value. Menus and Buttons Operation Instructions
The instrument used a big LCD, a screen picture can show the amount of information is more abundant, a reduction in the number of the switch display screen, with full-screen touch buttons, button function is clearly defined, users learn to use the instrument becomes simple. The instrument is divided into four displays:

  • welcome boot images;
  • parameter Settings screen
  • history picture;
  • sample pictures;

Detailed below. 1, the boot screen
Connect the good instrument power cord, turn on the power switch, and the screen center cross cursor image appears, as shown in the figure below: At this point, you can carry out touch screen calibration, the method is as follows: fingers touch the cross cursor, then into the touch screen calibration screen, as shown in the figure below: At this point, you according to the prompts on the screen in turn five basis points(that is, the four corners and center) for calibration, the calibration after a point, the cross cursor automatically moved to the next calibration point. The meaning of each parameter is stated below:

Out of The Installation

Test Steps

Use the Matters Needing Attention

  1.  test the cup must be cleaned with anhydrous ethanol, and stay dry rear can use. 2, pay attention to the determination of acid value before, must first blank the experiment, if a measuring cup sample can make a blank experiment. If the time interval is longer or the environment temperature changes, each measured sample before doing a blank test.
