Product Overview
- This device principal for 220KV/25000KVA Main transformer neutral point AC voltage withstand test. The reactor is designed to meet the requirements of low voltage AC voltage test, such as high voltage and low voltage, and it can meet the requirement of low voltage AC voltage test with 10kV cable.
- The device is composed of a frequency conversion control power supply, an excitation transformer, a reactor, a capacitor voltage divider, and a compensating capacitor.
Application of series resonance in power system
- The required power capacity is greatly reduced. Series resonant power supply is the use of the resonant reactor and the capacitor voltage to generate high voltage and high current. In the whole system, the power supply is only required to provide active power consumption of the system, therefore, the power required to test the power is only 1/Q.
- The weight and volume of the device is greatly reduced. The series resonant power supply, not only saves large power heavy pressure adjusting device and ordinary power frequency test transformer and resonant excitation power supply only needs to test the capacity of 1/Q, which makes the system weight and volume greatly reduced, generally for ordinary test device 1/10.
- Improve the output voltage waveform. The resonant power supply is a resonant filter circuit, can improve the output voltage waveform distortion, get a good sinusoidal waveform, effectively preventing the harmonic peak of the test sample of the false breakdown.
- Prevention of large short-circuit current burn. In series resonant state, when the insulation of the test sample is breakdown, the circuit is immediately removed, and the loop current is rapidly decreased to the normal test current 1/Q. And parallel resonance or test transformer mode to do the test, the breakdown of the current rise in a few times, the difference between the short circuit current and the breakdown current of several hundred times. Therefore, the series resonance can effectively find the insulation weakness, and there is no big fault point of the fault of the short circuit.
- Will not appear any recovery over voltage. When the product is broken down, the high voltage is lost immediately, the arc is extinguished immediately, and the recovery voltage is very long, and it is easy to break off the power supply.

Operation panel description

Connect Power

Test parameters configuration: all kinds of test before each test
- Parameters! After clicking on the parameter configuration, the display interface is shown in Figure 3.
- The starting frequency of the automatic tuning is the highest frequency of 20Hz, the upper limit frequency is 200Hz.
- The termination frequency: select the automatic tuning of the end frequency, lower frequency up to 100Hz, the upper limit frequency of the lowest is 300Hz.

If there is no phase pressure test, it is only required to set up a stage test voltage and the corresponding test time, and other test voltage and test time is set to 0.

- If you do not want to automatically find the resonance point, first click on the “50V”, the “U” rose to a, and then click on the “frequency” to find the resonance point, to find the resonance point, click on the “rising voltage”, showing the interface as shown in Figure 12.
- When the U resonance voltage rises to the setting time of the pressure value, click on the “breakdown time”, the system starts to time. Display interface as shown in Figure 13.

Common troubleshooting
General considerations
- the test equipment shall be used by the high pressure test professional. The use of the test equipment should be read carefully before using the manual, and it is trained repeatedly.
- the operator should be no less than 2 people. In use, the safety operation procedure of the high pressure test should be strictly observed.
- in order to ensure the safety of the test correctly, in addition to be familiar with the product specification, but also must be strictly in accordance with the relevant national standards and procedures for testing.
- each link can not be connected to the wrong, otherwise it can cause damage to the test device
- when the device is used, the output is high voltage or high voltage, must be reliable grounding, pay attention to the operation safety.
Common failure causes and troubleshooting
fans can not start:
- emergency stop, fault protection, the protection of the fault, no press the “fault reset”;
- internal temperature is too high, power element thermal protection; Rule out method: shut off the instrument, the instrument will be static for 30 minutes or so, re open the power, press the “reset” button on the panel, and then start the instrument.
- If you still can not start the fan, please contact the manufacturer, not to remove the instrument!
automatic tuning can not be completed, can not find the resonance point
Phenomenon:
- The tuning curve is a straight line, and the instrument has no resonance after tuning.
Reason
- The circuit is not good, the test circuit wiring error, the device of an open circuit
Exclusion method
- to check the reliability of the grounding device, if there is a disconnection point;
- check the excitation transformer high voltage coil on-off; (low voltage winding resistance; high voltage winding resistance, each output of high pressure tail)
- check each reactor off (each winding resistance);
- to check the signal line of the divider; (high and low)
- to check the on-off of the high and low voltage capacitor arm (1) of the core, the 2 hole is respectively on the outer shell; the 1 hole is disconnected from the 2 hole.
- the device itself does not have a resonance point, but also need to check the fault of the compensation capacitor;
- If all parts are normal, there is still no resonance point, please contact the manufacturer, not to remove the instrument!
Can not boost to test voltage
Phenomenon
- tuning curve is a straight line and has a lower spike;
- the test voltage is higher, the high voltage is low, even in the absence of the test voltage, a voltage has reached the rated voltage, the circuit automatically buck;
Reason
- the reactor and the test sample does not match the amount of capacity, no accurate to find the resonance point;
- the test sample is higher, and the Q value is too low;
- high voltage output voltage of excitation transformer;
- high voltage connection line is too long or no high voltage is used.
Exclusion method:
- the compensation capacitor is connected to the test circuit, and the circuit capacity is increased;
- as many reactors in series as possible to improve the circuit inductance;
- to improve the output voltage of excitation transformer;
- dry process is tested to improve the insulation strength and reduce the active power loss of the loop;
- generally in the equipment high voltage output, the use of high voltage corona discharge, or the ordinary high voltage output line to a shorter connection, generally not more than 5 meters.
- If all the processing, still can not solve the problem, please contact the factory, not to remove the instrument!
