Rehearsal Schedule:
- Date: June 27th, 2023
- Venue: Imperial Ballroom (2nd Floor), Signia by Hilton San Jose
- Rehearsal schedule will be notified individually by Partner Zone.

Main Stage & Tech Session I
- Take the escalator up to the 2nd floor and go to the event location.
- Please arrive at the event location at least 10 minutes before the rehearsal.

Please ask the staff in the System Console for material revision. -
Backstage Plan:
- You will receive a wireless mic and a PPT pointer at the backstage.
- If you don’t want to use a wireless mic, then we will provide you a handheld mic.

- The deadline for PPT material submission is June 8th, 2023.
- Presentation material will be displayed on the back side of the stage in the Imperial Ballroom.

- Check the prompters in front and back of the stage; adjust them for speed and font size
- Check sound
- Check PPT material

Prompter Guide
- If you want to use the teleprompter for your speech, then please send your script by June 8th, 2023.
- You will find four prompters on the stage–two on the left and two on the right.
- There will be one more prompter on the back side, in line with the speaker’s gaze.
- Each prompter will show the script and PPT respectively.
- The script will be shown from top to bottom and vice versa. The speed of prompter can be adjusted depending on the speed of speech.
- The prompter will be shown with Teleprompter program.
- During rehearsal, speakers can adjust the prompter speed and font size and decide whether to use the timer on the screen or not.

The presentation order will be guided individually through the partner zone.
- A speaker should arrive at least 10 minutes before the presentation time at IMPERIAL BALLROOM.
- Session Chair will introduce each speakers at the beginning of session.
- The presentation have a duration up to 15 minutes, followed by Q&A.
- The presentation time will be displayed on bottom of the prompter.
- Timekeeper will inform you 3 minutes and 1 minute before the end.

Please arrive at the IMPERIAL BALLROOM where the tech session I is held at least 15 minutes before the session starts.
There will be a pre-meeting with Session Chair at 12:45pm PDT.
Backstage Plan
- Please arrive at the Imperial Ballroom 10 minutes before the session.
- Please wait for the staff’s instructions at the speaker’s seat on the left side of hall.
- Go to the waiting space next to the stage before the presentation and wear the mic (a headset mic).
- The MC will call you upon the stage when it is your turn for speaking.
- After the presentation, please return to the speaker’s seat.
Dress Code
Please wear business casual in a solid color combination.
