Product Usage Instructions
- Ensure you have all the included components listed above.
- Refer to the vehicle’s user manual for instructions on how to safely lift and support the vehicle.
- Remove any existing upper control arms or components.
- Install the Upper Control Arms (Part Number: 90003086) on both sides of the vehicle using appropriate hardware.
- Install the Upper Ball Joints (Part Number: 90000895) on both sides of the Upper Control Arms using the provided ball joint nut spacer and torque to 55 ft-lbs. Align the cotter pin hole with the castle nut slots and install the cotter pin.
- Attach the Upper Cross Shafts (Part Number: 90001218) to the Upper Control Arms using the provided mounting bolts. Torque the mounting bolts to 80-90 ft-lbs.
- Install the Upper Control Arm Bushings (Part Number: 90001219) on both sides of the Upper Control Arms.
- Secure the Upper Control Arm Bushings using the provided 9/16 Flat Washers (Part Number: 99563001) and 9/16-18 Thin Nylok Nuts (Part Number: 99562003). Torque the nuts to 65-75 ft-lbs when the vehicle is sitting at ride height.

Torque Specs
- Upper Ball Joint – 55 ft-lbs and tighten to align cotter pin hole with castle nut slots. Install cotter pin.
- Cross Shaft Mounting Bolts – 80-90 ft-lbs.
- Corr Shaft Nuts – 65-75 ft-lbs @ Ride Height. Torque the cross shaft nuts when the vehicle is sitting at ride height.
