FACE SHIELD
Type: H867 + VM855, H867 + VC855
CAUTION
This face shield does not provide unlimited face protection. For your own
protection, read these instructions completely before using this face
protection.
Storage: When not in use, it is recommended to store the face shield in a
clean and dry polybag or case for visor protection.
Direction for use: This face shield has been designed for your personal
safety. It must be worn for the full duration of exposure to hazards. Leave
the work area if dizziness or irritation occurs, or if the face shield becomes
damaged.
Cleaning and Maintenance: to maintain your face shield in good condition:
- Do not use abrasive materials, clean and rinse in warm soapy water and dry with a soft cloth.
- Any part of face protector which is in contact with the wearer shall be disinfected by alcohol.
Field of use: This face shield is designed to protect the user against eye and
face injuries from flying fragments, objects, large chips, particles, etc.
Replacement of spare parts, accessories and instructions for fitting: Only use
original spare parts. To replace the visor, you should ensure the
compatibility of marking and the right visor is fitted.
Duration of use: Inspect for damage regularly. When the face protector has
become brittle, the face shield should be replaced.
WARNING
- The face shield does not provide unlimited face and eye protection. Eye protection must always be worn in situations where there is a risk of eye injuries.
- For primary eye protection, wear goggles or glasses meeting ANSI Z87.1+ safety standard.
- This product is for face protection against moderate impact hazards but NOT unbreakable.
- Do not modify or alter the face protector.
- Pitted or scratched screen reduces vision and seriously reduces protection and should be replaced immediately.
- This face protector does not have any filtering action. It does not protect against molten metal splash, hot solids or electrical hazard.
- Always check with supervisory personnel to ensure you are being given the proper protection relative to working conditions, consult standards.
- The material which may come in contact with the wearer’s skin could cause an allergic reaction to susceptible individuals.
EAR MUFF
Type: EP-167
Application: When worn property and given adequate care, it provides
excellent protection is filters high frequency noise. We find most noise
problems are from dynamic machines such as workshop equipment and motor saws.
Requirements: This hearing protector complies with the requirements of ANSI
S12.42-2010.
Marking: The appropriate marking can be found on the cups.
Use:
- Insert connector of the ear muff into caps slot.
- Place cap on head with muffs in outer “rest” position. Be sure cap is placed properly on head.
- Lower muff against head and adjust ear cups to adequate height and pressure so they seal firmly against head.
- Make sure cap suspension does not interfere with seal.
WARNING
Put the ear muffs on before exposing yourself to noise, and wear them during
the full exposure to noise.
- The ear muff is of “normal size range”; it will fit the majority of wearers.
- If data given in this leaflet is not taken into account, safety can be greatly undermined.
Weight of ear muff: 274g
Cleaning: Clean with warm soapy water, do not use organic solvents or alcohol
for cleaning.
Disinfection:
- It is required to disinfect the ear muff every 3 months, according to the use.
- Any part of the ear muff which is in contact with the wearer shall be disinfected with appropriate solution.
Storage: When not in use, it is recommended to store the ear muffs in a clean dry poly bag.
The level of noise entering a person’s ear, when hearing protector is worn as
directed, is closely
approximated by the difference between the A-weighted environmental noise
level and the NoisReduction Rating (NRR).
Example
- The environmental noise level as measured at the ear is 92 dBA.
- The NRR is 22decibels(dB)
- The level of noise entering the ear is approximately equal to 70 dBA.
CAUTION
For noise environments dominated by frequencies below 500Hz, the C-weighted
environmental noise level should be used. Improper fit of this device will
reduce its effectiveness in attenuating noise. Consult the instructions for
proper fit. Although hearing protectors can be recommended for protection
against the harmful effects of impulsive noise, the Noise Reduction Rating
(NRR) is based on the attenuation of continuous noise and may not be an
accurate indicator of the protection attainable against impulsive noise such
as gunfire. Constant or repetitive exposure to impulsive noise may lead to
serious injury, including temporary or permanent deafness. The Noise Reduction
Rating (NRR) calculated from the attenuation data is 22 dB. Earmuffs must be
properly fitted to attenuate noise effectively. Refer to instructions.
SAFETY HELMET
Type: SM906
Important User Information: Read these instructions carefully before use. This
helmet does not provide unlimited head protection. This safety helmet is
designed to absorb minor impacts from falling objects. It is designed for your
personal safety. It must be worn during the full duration of exposure to any
potential hazard. The helmet must be worn, adjusted, cleaned and maintained
according to these instructions. In case of damage or impact, it must be
replaced.
Unauthorized alteration of the helmet is forbidden.
Use:
- Install the suspension to the helmet by inserting the six suspension hanger keys into the slots of the helmet.
- The bow pad is located in the front of the helmet.
- Adjust the headband according to the size of your head using the ratchet mechanism until it feels comfortable and snug.
Requirements: This safety helmet complies with the requirements of ANSI
Z89.1-2009, Type I, Class C, G & E.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Do not sure any abrasive materials or solvents.
Regularly clean any part of the safely helmet with warm soapy water and dry
with a soft cloth. A mild disinfectant can also be used.
Storage: When not in use, it is recommended to store the safety helmet in a
clean and dry polybag or case for optimum protection.
Suitable accessories and spare parts: Only use original accessories and spare
parts made by the manufacturer.
Duration of use: Inspect for damage regularly. If the helmet or harness show
any signs of damage, it must be replaced immediately. Plastic material ages
when exposed to UV light. Do not store the helmet in direct sunlight or at
high temperatures (example: behind a window or windscreen). When the helmet
is not in use, it should be stored in a cool, dark place to prevent the
material from aging. The helmet lifetime is difficult to define. However, the
helmet can be used for several years as long as it is stored in a cool, dark
location. The helmet can be used three to four years in-normal conditions. In
extreme conditions, the usage -time may be shortened. We recommend to mark the
first date of use in this instruction booklet (below) and/or inside the
helmet. Our recommendation is to change the helmet every 3 years.
Date of first use:
Suitable packaging type for transportation: Place the helmet in a clean, dry
polybag while transporting. Do not carry loose with items such as tools or
