ECO.200ST Heavy Duty Magnetic Drilling Machine
Product Information : The product is a power tool with a magnet and motor
system. It is designed for drilling holes using annular cutters. The tool has
various components such as a control panel PCB, housing, cable-housing,
stator, armature set, blades,
circlips, bearings, gearbox cover, rotor iron seal, O-ring, gasket, gear, key,
double row gear, sealant, skew gear assembly, waist gasket, copper gasket,
helical-gear, washer, armature-gear, large double gear, and shaft gear.
Product Usage Instructions: 1. Power Supply Connection: Ensure that the magnet
switch is connected to the power supply. Check for any damaged or defective
wiring. If found, repair or replace it. – Verify that the fuse is not
defective. If it is, replace it with a new one. Check the magnet
switch and control unit for any defects. Replace if necessary.
Ensure that the power supply is not defective. If it is, repair or replace it.
2. Motor Functionality: If the magnet functions but the motor does not work,
check the carbon brushes. If they are stuck or worn out, replace them. Inspect
the On/Off switch for
any defects. Replace if necessary. Check the control unit for any defects. If
found, replace it. If the motor is running roughly or seizing up, inspect the
armature and/or field for defects. Replace if necessary. If the motor does not
start or fails to operate,
check for motor overload or if the power protection program is activated.
Magnet Functionality: If the magnet does not function, check for defective
magnets or wiring of the magnet. Replace or repair as needed. – Inspect the
control unit for any defects. Replace if necessary. Check for any clearance
in the guide. If found, adjust or repair it. Inspect the spindle, shaft
extending from the motor, and pilot pin for any bends. Replace if necessary. –
Ensure that the triangular guide is mounted straight and there is no dirt
between the spindle and guide. Check for any damage or defective relay in the
control unit.
Troubleshooting: If the frame is under voltage, check for damaged or defective wiring. Repair or replace it. If the fuse blows when the magnet switch is turned on or when the motor is started, check for defective magnets, wiring, control unit, or motor cleanliness. Address the issue accordingly. – If the rotation system has a long free stroke, inspect the gear rack and rotation system for any looseness or defects. Note: For spare parts replacement, refer to the spare parts list provided in the user manual.
