Product Information

Always supervise and provide instructions to ensure safe use of the appliance. Check the device before each use to avoid contact with hot water that may accumulate on the steam nozzle.

Before the First Use

Unpack the appliance and remove all packaging materials and labels. Wipe the surface with a damp cloth and detergent.

Cleaning and Maintenance

  • Before cleaning, always unplug the appliance. Clean the device with a damp cloth and wipe it dry.
  • Regularly clean the appliance from scale using special cleaners available at specialized stores. Follow the instructions on the packaging when using cleaners.

PRECAUTIONS

CAUTION

Read this manual carefully before using the appliance and save it for future reference.

  • Before the first use, check the device specifications and the power supply in your network.
  • It is not intended for industrial use.
  • For indoor use only. Use only for domestic purposes according to the instruction manual.
  • Do not use with damaged cord, plug or other injuries.
  • Keep the power cord away from sharp edges and hot surfaces.
  • Do not pull the cord. Always take the socket. Do not reel the cord around the device housing.
  • Never attempt to frame and repair the appliance by yourself. If you meet problems, please contact the nearest customer service center.
  • Using accessories or replacement parts that are not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause damage to the appliance.
  • Always unplug the appliance and let it cool down before cleaning and removing parts. Keep unplugged when not in use.
  • To avoid electric shock and fire, do not immerse in water or other liquids. If this occurs, immediately unplug it and contact service center for inspection.
  • This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
  • Check the device before each use to avoid the risk of contact with of hot water that might accumulate on the steam nozzle, keeping it opposite yourself. Use operating device only in vertical position, moving up and down. Never use a steam nozzle horizontally, don’t turn it backwards, it can lead to water leakage and skin burns.
  • Never direct the flow of steam towards people or animals. Never use steam flow for clothing worn on people.
  • Do not try to disconnect the steam hose during operation, it can be cause of burns.
  • The device must not be used for cleaning of electrical devices, such as ovens , electric ovens , kitchen hoods, microwave ovens, TVs , lamps , hair dryers, electric heaters , etc.
  • Disconnect the appliance before filling the water tank
  • Do not lift or pull the appliance by the steam hose
  • Do not add detergents / cleaners in a water tank

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

TROUBLESHOOTING

No steam

Watertank is empty| Switch off the device, cool , pour water in watertank
Steam hose is folded or deformed| Exclude the fold or deformation of steam hose

Weak steam or stream is interrupted

| Limescale inside the device| Clean the device from calc not less then 1 time a year or every 50 hours of using the device

Small volume of water inside the watertank or watertank is empty| Switch off the device, cool , pour water in watertank
Steam is not formed yet| Pause is needed for the formation of steam
Steam hose is folded or placed horizontally| Do not use steam hose in horizontal position or in position lower, than level of device
Water flows through the hole steam tip| Accumulation of condensate in the steam hose| Do not use steam hose in horizontal position. Keep steam hose vertically until water will not drain into the device.
The device is heated slowly

and / or disperses the white particles

| Limescale inside the device| Clean the device from calc not less then 1 time a year or every 50 hours of using the device
Noise in the steam hose| Accumulation of condensate in the steam hose| Do not use steam hose in horizontal position. Keep steam hose vertically until water will not drain into the device.
