Product Usage Instructions

  1. Dilution: This foam/snow fluid concentrate needs to be diluted before use. The recommended ratio is 1 part concentrate to 4 parts water. For example, if you have 1 liter of concentrate, add 4 liters of water to achieve the desired mixture.
  2. Mixing : To create the diluted solution, pour the required amount of concentrate into a container. Then add the appropriate amount of water gradually while stirring continuously. Ensure that the solution is well-mixed before use.
  3. Application: Once the diluted solution is prepared, it can be used in foam or snow machines. Pour the solution into the machine’s reservoir or container, following the manufacturer’s instructions.
  4. Machine Settings: Adjust the machine settings according to your desired foam or snow output. Refer to the machine’s user manual for specific settings and adjustments.
  5. Operation : Turn on the foam or snow machine and let it run for a few minutes to establish a consistent output. Monitor the machine during operation to ensure proper functioning.
  6. Clean-up: After use, flush the machine with clean water to remove any residue. Follow the cleaning instructions provided by the machine manufacturer.
  7. Storage: Store the foam/snow fluid concentrate in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the container is tightly sealed to prevent leakage or evaporation.

  • The products are non-hazardous preparations according to the EU Directive 1907/2006 (REACH).

  • It is also non-hazardous in accordance with the national and international transportation regulations for land, sea and air transport.

  • The contained raw materials are the purest available.

  • The foam-active substances contained are biodegradable in accordance with the requirements of the Tenside Ordinance (TensV) to the German Detergents and Cleaning Agents Act.

  • The containers used are made of first-class PE of the highest quality and can be recycled after they have been completely emptied.

  • he product must be used appropriately and in delivery condition.

  • Store the product frost-proof at between 10° C and 30° C.

  • The event locations regulations (VStättV) or the corresponding legislations must be observed.

  • Depending on the local conditions, pre-dilute the product in a ratio of 1:100 to 4:100 (concentrate : water) and then foam over the machine.

  • In particular, the foam height must be selected according to the height of the people in the room.
    The foam height must not exceed hip height.

  • The foam height must be dosed to ensure that the exits and emergency exits in closed rooms are always visible.

  • The same applies to the escape routes lighting and markings, staircases, shafts, slab edges etc. The visibility of 25 m (max. distance from the next exit acc. to VStättV) must be observed.

  • Breathing is not possible within the foam!

  • To prevent anxiety, foamed rooms must never be locked.

  • Slippery deposits can form during use, especially on slippery floors.

  • After application, the residual foam solution can be disposed of via the public sewage system.

  • According to VStättV, only experienced, reliable adults are allowed to operate and maintain technical installations.

  • Every foamed room must be monitored by instructed persons.
