Product Usage Instructions

1. Check if your Xbox One controller has a 3.5mm audio port. If it doesn’t, you will need to purchase a separate Xbox One stereo headset adapter (not included).
- Insert the stereo headset’s 3.5mm audio plug into the controller’s audio output jack.
- On the Xbox One controller, press the X button, then select System and Audio Devices.
- Set the volume control level to maximum.
- Set the mic monitoring level to your preferred setting.
Warning: Prolonged exposure to high volumes may result in permanent hearing loss.

1. To mute the microphone, raise the mic boom. To unmute, lower the mic boom.
Note: Adjusting the microphone sensitivity in the audio settings of your gaming console can optimize microphone performance. This should be checked each time you play, as different games, controllers, and consoles can impact microphone performance. Additionally, unplugging and re-plugging the headset cable into the controller may help.
- To adjust the volume, turn the volume dial on the ear cup to your preferred audio level.

Before using your new product, please read these instructions to prevent any damage.

SAFETY INFORMATION
- To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at high volume levels for long periods, do not use the headphones while driving or cycling, or in any situation where you should be able to hear other sounds.
- As a guide to setting the volume level, check that you can still hear your own voice when speaking normally while listening with the headphones.
SETTING UP YOUR HEADSET

For Xbox One Controllers only: Check the base of your Xbox
One controller first to make sure your controller has a 3.5mm port for audio. If it does not, you will need to purchase a speparate Xbox One stereo headset adapter(Not included). -
Insert the Stereo headset’s 3.5mm audio plug into the controller audio output jack.

Press X button on the Xbox One controller>> Select “System” >> Select “Audio Devices”.

Set Volume control level to maximum.

Set Mic monitoring to your preferred level.
WARNING: Extended exposure to high volumes when using your headset may result in permanent hearing loss.
MIC MUTE
- Mic Boom up to mute.
- Mic Boom down to unmute.
NOTE: For optimal microphone performance, make sure to adjust the microphone sensitivity in the audio settings of your gaming console. This should be checked each time you play as different games, different controllers, and different consoles all impact microphone performance. It may also help to unplug the headset cable and plug in back in to the controller.
ADJUST VOLUME
- Turn volume dial on ear cup to preferred audio level.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If you encounter problems, try the solutions below:
No sound from your headset.
- Check that 3.5mm plug is securely connected to the controller audio output jack .
- Check your audio settings to ensure your headset is selected as the assigned audio device.
- Check that the volume dial is not turned to minimum.
Your Mic is not transmitting sound.
- Check your audio settings to ensure your headset is selected as the assigned audio device.
- Move mic down from vertical (mute) position
- Move your microphone closer to your mouth.
