INSTALL COLLAR HANGER ARM
Thank you for purchasing our products. We appreciate your business. The
decorative sign attachment bracket you’ve purchased is designed for maximum
durability and has been pre-assembled to assure a high-quality product. Follow
these instructions only after the sign pole is installed and the concrete is
fully cured.
CAUTION:
The cast aluminum, an ornamental scroll that is welded to the collar hanger
arm is very fragile. Hitting or dropping the bracket can easily break the
casting. Use care when handling the bracket to assure it does break.
DISASSEMBLE COLLAR & INSTALL STREET BLADE
Loosen (4) 10-24 x 1/2” button head screws and detach collar. Insert the street blade into (2) channels, center and securely tighten (2) 1/4-20 set screws.
ATTACH COLLAR HANGER ARM TO POLE
The installation process will require two people. Place two parts of the collar on the pole at the desired height and directional orientation. Fasten using (4) 10-24 x 1/2” button head screws. Tighten (2) 1/4-20 x 1/2” set screws (anti-sway).
ATTACH 2ND COLLAR HANGER ARM TO POLE
- PERPENDICULAR STREET-BLADE
- Repeat step 2 for the second street blade attachment
CLEAN COMPONENTS
- PERPENDICULAR STREET-BLADE
- Clean the completed installation using glass cleaner and a lint-free cloth to remove debris and fingerprints
