Crazy Cart Chain Tensioner Replacement Procedures
The Crazy Cart Chain Tensioner is an essential component for maintaining proper tension on the chain of your Crazy Cart. This guide will provide you with detailed instructions on how to replace the chain tensioner.
Product Usage Instructions
- Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the 7 screws from the motor cover to gain better access to the chain tensioner.
- Remove an additional 7 screws from the other side of the cover.
- Remove the 3 screws located on the chain guard and carefully remove the chain guard.
- Using two 10MM wrenches, loosen the lock nut that secures the tensioner onto the fork and remove it.
- Make sure the chain tensioner roller is always on the outer side of the chain, exerting pressure against it.
- Reverse the above procedures to install the new chain tensioner.
Attention: Prior to using the Crazy Cart, make sure to charge the battery for at least 12 hours.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
- To have better access to the chain tesioner, Using a Phillips screw driver remove 7 screws from the motor cover.
- Remove 7 more screws from the other side of the cover.
- Remove 3 screw located on the chain guard and remove the chain guard.
- Using two 10MM wrenches loosen up the luck nut that secures the tensioner on to the fork and remove it.
- Chain tensioner roller should always be on the outer side of the chain putting pressure against the chain.
- Reverse the procedures to install.
- Attention: Charge battery 12 hours before using.
