5KW Wall Mount Air Handler ECM
Product Information:
This product is a Wall Mount Air Handler with an ECM (5KW)
blower motor. It is designed to be connected to a thermostat for
controlling the air conditioning and heating functions. The product
operates on a supply voltage of 208V or 240V and has a transformer
that provides a 24V output for control purposes. The air handler
features various components including a control board, heater, DC
relay, AC relay, main air limit, backup limit, and an ECM motor. It
provides multiple wiring options for different configurations.
Product Usage Instructions:
1. Before starting the installation, refer to the provided
installation instructions for the correct blower motor speed tap
connection as it may vary from the shown wiring diagram.
2. Ensure that the supply voltage is compatible with the air
handler (208V or 240V).
3. Connect the thermostat to the air handler using the following
wiring connections:
Terminal | Color | Description |
---|---|---|
R | Red | Power (24V) |
G | Green | Fan Control |
W | White | Heating Control |
Y | Yellow | Cooling Control |
C | Gray | Common (24V) |
4. Connect the air handler to the power supply using the
appropriate high voltage wiring connections.
5. Connect the field wiring to the air handler using the low
voltage wiring connections as shown in the diagram.
6. If using a 208V supply voltage, ensure that the circuit
breaker is compatible and properly installed.
7. Once all the wiring connections are made, turn on the power
supply.
8. Use the control board to set the desired operating mode
(Heat, Cool, Off).
9. The air handler is now ready to provide conditioned air based
on the thermostat settings.

NOTES: 1. The blower motor speed tap connection may not be as shown.Refer to
installation instructions provided
with unit to set DIP switches for theappropriate heating and cooling speed
setting for your application. 2. Disconnect all power before servicing. 3. The
transformer may have a dual voltage primary tap. Match the tap positionwith
the supply voltage used. 4. If the internal wiring is replaced, use only 105°C
copper wire of the same gauge. 5. Connect 24VAC/40VA Class 2 circuit to
thermostat. See air handler installation instructions for control circuit.

Remarques 1.
