Product Information
The product is a cleaning machine designed for efficient and effective cleaning of various surfaces. It features abattery-powered operation and comes with multiple attachments such as brushes and squeegees. The machine has a recovery tank forcollecting debris and a suction system for maintaining good suction performance at the squeegee. It also has adjustable water flow and detergent settings for optimal cleaning performance. The product is equipped with safety features such as an E-stop switch to ensure safe operation.
Product Usage Instructions
- Before using the machine, make sure to read and understand the User Manual.
- Check the battery charge gauge and recharge if necessary before using the machine.
- To enable the machine function, twist the E-stop switch until it pops out and the E-stop icon disappears from the display.
- Ensure that the recovery tank seal cover is correctly installed and in good condition to maintain good suction performance at the squeegee.
- Check the squeegee blades for any damages and install the squeegee by turning the yellow knobs. Adjust the height of the squeegee using the castor wheels and angle knob.
- To install the brushes, remove the side blades by unscrewing the fasteners. Manually install disc brushes or pad drivers from the left side. Lift the brush and rotate it to the left to lock it into position. If available, use the alignment system and push the brush install button for disc version brushes.
- When double scrubbing, remove side skirts and place them on top of the black pins.
- Press the One-Touch button to engage the brush deck and squeegee.
- Adjust the water flow and detergent settings according to your cleaning requirements.
- Regularly empty the debris tray and clean/wash the recovery tank inside. Leave the recovery lid open to dry.
- If using the cylindrical version, slide out the debris hopper, check, empty, and clean it.
- To remove the brushes or pad holders, turn them counter clockwise. Rinse the brushes or pads in warm water and hang them up to dry.
- To clean the filter, close the solution valve under the machine. Remove the transparent cover and gasket, then clean the solution water filter. Reassemble the filter.
- Clean the machine using a damp cloth and a neutral cleaning product where needed.
- After usage, charge the machine. If the battery level indicator shows a red light, a full recharge (10-12 hours) is required to prevent battery damage. It is recommended to charge the batteries after every use.
- If the machine is not used on a daily basis, ensure that the red socket is left disconnected after recharge.
For any issues with the machine, refer to the troubleshooting section in the
User Manual. If the machine still doesn’t work as it should, check the battery
charge gauge, E-stop switch engagement,battery cable connections, and smart
key usage. If the suction doesn’t work properly, check the correct
installation and cleanliness of the suction hose, condition of squeegee
blades, and proper closure of the recovery tank cover and gasket wear. If the
machine doesn’t clean as it should, check the water settings.

Use and Maintenance
ATTENTION! Do not use the machine before you have read and understood the User Manual

Check the battery charge(and if necessary re-charge).

E-stop icon appears on display when E-stop switch is engaged. Twist E-stop switch until it pops out to enable machine function.

Fill the tank with clean waterThe clean water temperature must not exceed 54 °C (130F).

Recovery tank seal cover must be correctly installed and in good condition to maintain good suction performance at the squeegee..

Check the squeegee blades are not damaged and install the squeegee by turning the yellow knobs. Check the height of the squeegee by adjusting the cas-tor wheels and the angle knob.

Install the brushes by removing the side blades. The side blades are removed by unscrewing the fasteners.

Manually install disc brushes or pad drivers. The brush comes in from the left.

Lift the brush and rotate to the left to lock into position. If the click-on option is available, align the brush directly below the motor using the alignment system and push the brush install button. (Disc version only).

Remove side skirts and place on top of the black pins while double scrubbing.

Press the One-Touch button to engage the brush deck and squeegee.

Adjust water flow and detergent.

Empty the debris tray and clean/ wash the recovery tank inside.

Empty the recovery tank with the squeezable hose.
The recovery lid should be left open to dry. -
Slide out, check, empty andclean the debris hopper (cylindrical version).

Turn the brushes counter clock wise and remove the brushes or pad holders. Rinse the brushes or pads in warm water and hang up to dry.

Untighten the yellow knobs, take the squeegee off and remove debris. Check and clean the squeegee blades.

Clean the filter:
A) Close the solution valve under the machine.
B) Remove the transparent cover and the gasket, then remove and clean the solution water filter.
C) Reassemble the filter. -
Clean the machine using a damp cloth and where needed use a neutral cleaning product.

Charge the machine after usage/ when needed.
If the machine has been used until the Red light illuminates on the battery
level indicator on the machine, a full recharge of the batteries (10-12 hours)
will be required. Failure to carry out this this procedure may cause damage to
the batteries. Charging the batteries after every use is recommended.
PLEASE ENSURE RED SOCKET IS LEFT DISCONNECTED AFTER RECHARGE IF THE MACHINE IS
NOT TO BE USED ON A DAILY BASIS

Troubleshooting
The machine doesn’t work as it should?
- Check battery charge gauge.
- E-stop icon appears on display when E-stop switch is engaged. Twist E-stop switch until it pops out to enable machine function.
- Check battery cables are well connected together.
- Check if the right smart key is used.
The suction doesn’t work as it should?
- Check if the suction hose is correctly installed and cleaned.
- Check if squeegee blades are damaged or dirty.
- Close the recovery tank cover properly and/or verify the gasket wear to maintain good suction performance at the squeegee.
The machine doesn’t clean as it should?
- Check if you have the right water settings.
- Verify solution is flowing to the deck. If not, verify solution tank is not empty and solution valve is open.
- Check if the solution filter is cleaned.
- Check if the hopper is full. (cylindrical version only).
The brushes don’t work as they should?
- Remove side skirt assembly and verify brush installation and condition.
- Press “I” scroll down to faults and press “>” button to view faults.
- Turn brushes counter clockwise and check if there are external materials change avoiding to impeding or prohibiting.
