LAZER FORD RANGER XLT 2023+ Grille Integration Kit
Product Information
The product is a grille integration kit designed for various vehicle models. It is available for the following vehicles:
- Ford Ranger 2019+
- Ford Transit Custom 2018+
- Ford Transit 2019+
- Ford Ranger Raptor 2018+
- Toyota Hilux 2021+
- Ram 1500 2019+
- Isuzu D-Max 2021+
The kit also includes roof mounting kits for Ford Ranger/Raptor.
Product Usage Instructions
- Ensure the vehicle’s grille is left on during installation.
- Follow the cutting guides labeled as 1 and 4 for information on cutting.
- Make the necessary electrical connections as follows:
TRIPLE-R 850 STANDARD
- Connect the green wire to the battery’s negative terminal.
- Connect the brown wire to the battery’s positive terminal.
- Install a 20A, 12V relay using the provided wiring diagram.
- Connect the CAN-LZR (sold separately) if required.
TRIPLE-R – POSITION LIGHT FUNCTION (OPTIONAL)
- Follow the same steps as for TRIPLE-R 850 STANDARD.
- Connect the CAN-LZR IGN (sold separately) for CANBUS integration.
Note: Specific instructions for CANBUS integration can be found by downloading the CANM8 Connect App.
- Ensure all connections are secure and properly insulated.
- Refer to the provided torque values for tightening screws and bolts.

CANBUS INTEGRATION
For vehicles where it is not possible to locate a 12V high beam signal, it will be necessary to take the high beam signal from the vehicle’s CAN system. For vehicle specific CAN instructions, please download the “CANM8 Connect” App.

FITTING INFORMATION
Lamps with integrated Position lights may need to be positioned according to the above sketch. If an additional pair of position lights is not permitted (e.g. in Switzerland, Austria), the position light should be disconnected. The legal regulations in individual countries must be observed.
