Pursuant to Legislative Decree nº49 of 14 March 2014 “Implementation of Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE)” The crossed-out bin symbol shown on the equipment indicates that the product at the end of its useful life must be collected separately from other waste. Adequate differentiated collection for subsequent sending of the decommissioned equipment for recycling, treatment and environmentally compatible disposal helps to avoid possible negative effects on the environment and on health by promoting the recycling of the materials of which the appliance is made. Illegal disposal of the product by the user involves administrative sanctions pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 49 of 14 March 2014.
