USER MANUAL

Solar lights are designed to illuminate gardens, sidewalks, gazebos, etc. Solar lights are environmentally friendly thanks to an integrated solar panel, which in daylight converts sunlight into electricity, which recharges the built-in battery. The light turns off automatically during the day. The sensor activates when it starts to darken outside.

IMPORTANT WARNING

1. When placing the VIkING Solar light, make sure that daylight can tall on the solar panel.
2. Do not press on the upper part of the solar light (solar panel), as this will damage it.
3. When using the solar LED Iight for the first time, please wait until the battery has been charged by sunlight, approx. 8 hours.
4. If the light is near artificial lighting, the light will not turn on at all.
5. Resistance to weather conditions is IP65, the product is designed for year-round, outdoor use.

BEFORE FIRST USE

The sensor on the solar LED light detects the intensity of the ambient light and only starts if the light intensity is low. Therefore, before using for the first time, cover the solar panel with your palm and turn on the solar LED light to test if it works. If the light does not come on, leave it in the sun for min. 8 hours to recharge the battery. lf the light does not come on even after charging the battery,
contact the manufacturer or an authorized VIKING service center.

WALL INSTALLATION

1. For a solar LED light, choose a suitable place where the impact of sunlight is sufficient and lasting for as long as possible.
2. Remove the individual parts from the packaging.
3. Fasten the light to a flat surface with the enclosed screws to a mounting height of idealy 2 to 2.5 meters above the ground.
4. To activate the VIKING solar LED light, select the desired lighting mode.
5. Sunlight should fall on the light for at least 8 hours before first use (LED light usually needs about 8 hours of sunlight first to charge to full battery capacity).

GROUND INSTALLATION

1. For a solar LED light, choose a suitable place where the impact of sunlight is sufficient and lasting for as long as possible.

2. Remove the individual parts from the packaging and connect the pin to the solar light.

3. Insert the assembled light into the ground with a pin.

4. Adjust the light angle and direction of the solar panel according to your needs (the solar panel should be placed under direct sunlight, adjust it to get more
   Sunlight).

5. Sunlight should fall on the light for at least 8 hours before first use (LED light usually needs about 8 hours of sunlight first to charge to full battery capacity).

CONTROL

• Press the button to activate mode 1. 45% brightness (low light). Press again to switch to mode 2. 100% brightness (strong light).
• The light turns off automatically during the day. The sensor and the set mode are activated when it starts to dim outside.
• The angle of incidence of light is 120.

PRODUCT/ PACKAGING DISPOSAL

Do not dispose of the product or batteries at the end of their useful life as unsorted municipal waste, use separate waste collection points. By ensuring this product is disposed of correctly, you will help prevent potential negative consequences for the environment and human heaith, which could otherwise be caused by inappropriate waste handling of this product. The recycling of materials will help to conserve natural resources. For more detailed information about recycling of this product, please contact your local city office, your household waste disposal service or the shop where you purchased the product.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

The warranty period is 24 months for the product and 6 months for the battery from the date of sale. The warranty applies to the product only if the product is used in accordance with the enclosed instructions for use. If a product defect occurs during the warranty period, the user is entitled to a free repair at the seller where he purchased the product, provided that it is demonstrably a manufacturing or material defect. The condition for claiminga complaint is the submission of a sales document, which must be provided with the address and stamp of the seller, the seller’s signature and the date of sale.

WARRANTY CLAIMS ARE EXPOSED

1. If the warranty has not been claimed during the warranty period.
2. In case of unprofessional repairs or interventions in the product. Repairs and interventions to the product may only be performed by an authorized service center of the dealer.
3. If the product is mechanically or otherwise damaged by the user.
4. The warranty does not cover normal operational wear, defects caused by intentional damage, gross negligence in use or if performed by the user modifications or alterations to the product. The manufacturer is not liable for damage caused by improper handling or maintenance outside the scope of the relevant instructions for use.

The importer declares that he is in the register of companies fulfilling the obligation of take-back, separate collection, processing, use and disposal of electrical equipment and REMA electrical waste.
