Product Overview

Power/Charging

To charge the charging case via the USB-C port Connect the accessory USB charging cable(C) connector (o the USB port on the charging case and connect the USB(4) connector to an electrical appliance or adapter with the same shape of connector and the internal battery witin the charging case wil begin to charge. While charging, ho LED Indicator of the charging case will flashighs up i a diferent color Gepending on he battery power level of the charging case as shown n the table below.

Charging the earbuds:
Rotun the earbuds into the charging case and the carbuds will tum OFF its power and start charging with the LED Indicator on the earbuds light up in Orange. The LED Indicator of the earbud will turn OFF when the earbud is fully charged

The moment the earbuds are returned to the charging case, the LED indicator light of the charging case will bink/ight up in different patierns and colors depending on the batery power level of the charging case as shown in the table below.

Turning ON the Earbuds

‘The power of the earbuds will automatically tun ON once they are removed from the charging case.

Alternatively, you can also manually tum ON the power of the sarbuds by tapping and holding the touch control panel for 4 seconds. This operation needs to be performed separately on each earbud

Turning OFF the Earbuds

When the battery level of the charging case is sufficient,returning the earbuds back into the charging case will automatically turn OFF their power and intiate the charging process.

During ths time, the LED Indicator on the earbuds will ight up in Orange, while the LED Indicator on the charging case will light up / blink according to the battery level, as shown i the table on page 4. To manually turn OFF the power, touch and hold the touch sensor on one side for approximately 7 secands uniil you hear two different tanes, then release. This will turn OFF the power on both sides of the earbuds.

Performing Device Pairing

To connect to your smartphone o ather devices initally, it is necessary to perform pairing. For devices which have already completed pairing, a connection will automatically be. established the next time the power is switched ON

To perform inital pairing

1. When both earbuds are removed from the charging case, their power will automatically turn ON. and they will enter pairing mode. During pairing mode, one of the earbuds’ LED Indicalor willflash alternately between Orange and White.
2. Switch the Bluetooth funcion on the smartphone or other devices ON and select [ag_TWSO0BK] once it appears on the display. When [ag_TWSOBK connected]” appears on the display of the device being connected, pairing has been completed. *The content displayed differs depending on the user interface of the smartphones or athor dovices.

To reestablish pairing or to perform pairing with a second or subsequent devices:

1. Please disconnect the device to whioh the earbuds are already paired or swilch OFF the Bluetooth function on that device. Then the earbuds will enter pairing mode with one of the earbuds’ LED Indicator flashing alternately between Orange and White.
2. Switch the Blustooth funcion on the smartphorie or other devices ON and perform the pairing

1. “The mades switch in the follwing order: Ambient mode, Noise Canceling ON, and Noise Canceling (OFF. During phone calls, the Noise Canceling mode willbe turned OFF, and this state wil continue: evenafter the call ends.
2. When performing an operation immediately after the start of a song, the playback will switch o the. previous song. If he operation is performed during the middle of a song, it will estart from the beginning of the same song. To go back {0 the previous song during the middle of a song, the operation needs to be performed twice in succession. It s important to nofe that the effectiveness of this functionality may vary depending on the connected device or the app being used. functionalty may not work depending on the connected device.
3. Please perform the operations while the earbuds are powered on and not connected 1o any devices such as smartphones. Please note that the defauitlanguage for the voice guidance is English

Factory Reset Method

Wnen pairing has not been successfully completed or unexpected error has occurred, please. perform the factory reset by the following procedures stated below. Once the factory reset is completed, please aitempt another pairing operation.

1. Remove the earbuds from the charging case and ensure that they are powered ON. Touch and hold the touch control panel for approximately 9 seconds unil the LED Indicator lights up in White then once the LED Indicator turns White, quickly tap the touch control panel twice.
2. Both earbuds’ LED Indicators wil enter a rapid White flashing state for a short period and the voice guidance saying “Power O’ will be played
3. After a certain period of time, both earbuds’ LED Indicators will turn OFF. Then, one of the earbud’s LED indicator wil start flashing alternately between Orange and White, indicating that it has entered pairing mode. This state confirms that the reset is complete.*1
4. Once the reset is complete, the earbuds willrelur to the factory defaul setlings, and any. pairing information stored on the earbuds for devices such as smartphones will be erased. Therefore, please delete the pairing information of this device on your smartphone or other devices and proceed with the paifing process again.
5. After the reset, the earbuds willreturn to the factory default settings with the voice guidance switched back to English.

Head Tracking Mode

When someone is speaking direcily in front of you, their voice will be heard from the front. However, if you rotate your head 1o the left, the position of the voice will move from the front to the right side of your face, corresponding to the rotation. Head Tracking Mode is a feature that naturally adjusts the perceived direction of sound based on the movement of your head, even when listening to audio through the earbuds. “This feature s suitable for scenarios where you want the sound to be heard as if coming from ‘extoral speakers or when listening to interactive content where the direction of sound changes based on head movements. In this product, you can activate Head Tracking Mode by tapping the earbud touch sensor 4 times.

The effectiveness of Head Tracking Mode may vary depending on the audio production of the content being istened to.

About the Ear Tips

When bass i difficut to hear and high range sound jars the ear, there is a possibilty that the ear tip fitis not appropriate. In order 1o enjoy music in accordance with the design of the earbuds, it is important that the ear tp fits properly and there is a means of sealing the ear canal. In order to achieve the proper fit, please Uy the following methods:

• It there is any fiting discomfort with the default ear tis, please try with S o L ear tips.
• Some users might have different ear canal sizes for the left and right ears. To achieve perfect fiting on both ears, please also try pairing ear lips with different sizes for left and right.

Do not use the product in locations where it is dangerous to not be able to hear surrounding sounds, such as at railroad crossings, pedestrian crossings, or train platforms. Increasing the volume of the earbuds can make it difficult to hear sounds from the surrounding environment. Additionally, this device is equipped with noise cancellation, which can make it difficult to hear warning sounds, potentially leading to accidents or injuries

Do not allow water or foreign matter to get inside the charging case. The charging case is not waterproof. Water or foreign matter may cause fire or electric shock. If water or foreign matter should enter the charging case, stop using it immediately Regularly check and ensure that no foreign matter adheres to the terminals of the charging case as it may cause overheat or fire

Do not charge the charging case while it is covered by bedding or other covering. The heat buildup may cause abnormal overheat, which may result in a fire.

For safety of transportation from overseas, laws and regulations do not allow the internal battery to be fully charged at the time of shipping. For that reason, voltage may fall below the level required for operation at the time the customer opens the package. Fully charging the battery before use may relieve this inconvenience. Please refer to ‘Power/Charging” on P.3-4 regarding the method for charging.
Earbud batteries are depleted| Ple into

Earbuds willnot turn OFF| The touch control panel has not been touched foradequate time| Please touch and hold the touch control panel until 2 sound effects are heard then release the touch. Please refer to ‘Turning OFF the Earbuds” on P.5 regarding the method for turning the earbuds OFF.
Charging case battery charge is low| =Normally, if the earbuds are returned to an adequately charged case, the earbuds will automatically tumOFF. If the earbuds do not turn OFF, the battery power level of the charging case might be too low. Please try again after charging the charging case. Please refer to Tower/ Charging on P.3-4 regarding the method for charging.
Earbuds willnot turn OFF| Using ear tips other than those included as accessories| Normally. it the earbuds are returned to an adequately charged case, the earbuds will automatically turn OFF. However, it ear tips other than those included as accessories are used, there are cases in which they may interfere with the charging case and cause the earbuds could not be turned OFF. Please check to see whether the earbuds turn OFF by using original ear tips.
II71Earbuds Cannot be charged| Metal contacts onearbud is nottouching the pinson the charging case| Please ensure that there is sufficient contact between the metal pins on the earbuds and the charging case. Additionally, if the golden terminals on the earbuds or charging case are dirty due to sweat or othersubstances. it may prevent proper charging. The dirt may not be easily visible, so please gently clean them with a dry cotton swab.
Charging case battery charge is low| Normally, if the earbuds are returned to an adequately charged case the earbuds will automatically turn OFF and start being charged. It the charging does not start, the battery power level of the charging case might be too low. Please try again after charging the charging case. Please refer to “Power/Charging” on P.3-4 regarding the method for charging.
Using ear tips other than an accessory| Normally, if the earbuds are returned to an adequately charged case the earbuds will automatically turn OFF and start being charged. However, if ear tips other than those included aS accessories are uSed, there are cases in which they may interfere with the charging case and cause the earbuds could not be charged Please check to see whether the earbuds Start charging by using original ear tips.
Earbuds cannot be detected / paired| Earbuds are notin the pairing mode| In some CaSes, performing a reset operation may fix theproblem. Please refer to ‘Factory Reset Method” on P.B.
Has automatically been connected tO a previouslyconnected device| When the power of the earbuds is turned on and the Bluetooth of a previously connected device is also turned on. it will automatically reconnect and will not enter pairing mode. Please disconnect the Bluetooth connection with the previously connected device before attempting to pair and connect with the desired device again.
Touch control panel isnot functioning| The touch controlpanel section has become soiled or wet| In case the touch control panel section has become soiled or wet, the touch control panel may not funtion properly, and it may not be possible to operate the earphones. Please wipe the touch control panel section with a soft, dry cloth to remove stains or moisture.
While playing music, sound (connection) is interruptedEl| Unstable connection caused by interference from extemal factor| Bluetooth communicates using the 2.4GHz band. This band is used by other wireless standards such as Wi-Fi, etc.. and SO there is a possibility of receiving interference. Moreover, this 2.4GH2 band does not penetrate liquids. There is impact from humidity and rain, and the human body also contains liquid, so there are individual differences in connectivity. Furthermore, it depends on the specifications of smartphones and other devices. For that reason. switching OFF unused Wi-Fi / Bluetooth settings on surrounding devices. etc. is a countermeasure. While outside. there is a possibility that moving asmartphone from inside a bag to a breast pocket, etc. or otherwise reducing the distance between devices may improve the connection status.
In case it takes time to charge| IIn The output of the USB adapter being used for charging is low| case you are using the USB port on a PC, etc., there are cases in which the output is low and it may take more time to charge than the publicly listed value. As SuCh, please use a 5V/1A USB adapter whencharging this product.
Charging witha wireless charger| When charging the charging case wirelessly. it may take longer to charge compared to using the included charging cable. If you are concerned about the charging time, we recommend using the included charging cable tor charging.
Charging case becomes warm while charging| Charging witha wireless charger| When charging the charging case wirelessly. the product itself may become warm due to the specifications of wireless Charging. If you are concerned about the temperature, we recommend using the included charging cable for charging instead.
Sound only conies outfrom ate side| The left/right earbud pairing has been released| In some cases, performing a reset operation may fix the problem. Please refer to °Factory Reset Method” on P.8.
The battery of one side of the earbudshas depleted| Please return the earbud into the adequately charged charging case to charge it. Please refer to ‘Power/ Charging” on P.3-4 regarding the method for charging.
Battery consumption is fast forone side of the earbuds only| Based on the design specification, one side is the parent and the other side is the child. so the burden between left and right isdifferent| Under the Specification for BluelOOth earbuds. communication generally takes place with one side as the parent and the other as the child. As such, the child only communicates with the parent, but the parent communicates with the smartphcne or other devices and communicates with the child as well, and so there is a difference in the level of burden borne by the left and right earbud. As a result, a difference in the battery consumption between the left and right may occur.
One of the earbuds’ LED indicator is rapidly flashing in White| Internal pairing between the left and right are disconnected| There is a possibility that there is an error causing the disconnection or the factory reset process wasnot completed correctly. Please reset only the earbud that is not flashing White in the LED Indicator. For detailed instructions on how to reset. please refer to “Factory Reset Method’ on P.S.
Imbalancesound or discomfort in hearing| The Head Tracking Mode is ON| It is possible that the issue is caused by the Head Tracking Mode being turned ON. Please turn OFF the Head Tracking Mode and try again. Please refer to “Head Tracking Mode” on P.9
Weak noise cancelingeffect| Inappropriate size of ear tips| If the earbud tips are not the right size, the noise canceling effect may not be fully achieved. In addition to the standard M size that comes pre-installed, please try different sizes to find the optimal fit for your ears. For more information about earbud tips, please refer to ‘About the Ear Tips” on P.9.
Currently in phone call mode| During phone call mode, the noise canceling feature will be turned OFF. Additionally, this state will continue even after the call ends. If you with to turn on the noise canceling again, please re- perform the operation by refering ‘Operation of Touch Control Panel’ on P.7

Warranty And After Service

The warranty for this product is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. During the warranty period. we will repair the product based on the provisions below. The warranty is only valid in the country in which the product was purchased. Regarding questions pertaining to repairs, please contact the store you purchased the product from or contact us by visiting our “Contact” page.

1. During the warranty period, we will repair the product free of charge if the product failed even though it was used in accordance with the instructions in the user’s manual and the point of caution sections.
2. In the following cases, repairs to the product will be subject to a fee even during the warranty period:

The warranty card located on the last page of this user manual is necessary in the event that the warranty is utilized. Please store the card along with a receipt or other documentation showing the date of purchase in a safe place.

The rechargeable batteries built into the equipment are recyclable. During disposal, please follow the instructions from your local municipal government and do not attempt to disassemble the product.
