Product Information

The product is a single hole double handle basin faucet. It comes with standard accessories including a faucet body, dental tubes, supply hoses, and installation instructions. The faucet has been inspected by the manufacturer and should not be disassembled without authorization. During installation, it is recommended to clean the impurities in the pipeline and install a filter screen in the water inlet pipe to prevent blockage. The water inlet hose should not be twisted to ensure proper functionality.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Clean the impurities in the pipeline before installing the faucet to avoid blockage.
2. Do not disassemble the faucet without authorization.
3. After installation, check for any leakage or loose connections in the faucet’s connection parts.
4. Install the filter screen in the water inlet pipe and ensure that the water inlet hose is not twisted.
5. Ensure that the hose is not twisted during the flushing of the pipeline.
6. Before installation, clean the water supply pipeline to remove any sundries or foreign matter.
7. Refer to Figure 1 for installation steps: confirm the installation holes, place the main body on the basin, install the dental tube as shown by the arrow, and then attach another hose.
8. Refer to Figure 2 for hose installation.
9. Screw the braided hose onto the angle valve and tighten it with a wrench, as shown in Figure 3.
10. After installation, test the water and check for any leaks in the connecting parts.
11. To open the hot and cold water, turn the respective hand wheel inward. The maximum opening angle is 90 degrees.
12. Refer to the schematic diagram for disassembly and replacement of the hot and cold handwheel.
13. For valve core replacement, refer to the provided material code and follow the treatment process.

Installation Notes

1. Before installing the faucet, clean the impurities in the pipeline to avoid blocking the faucet;
2. The faucet has passed the inspection by the manufacturer when leaving the factory. Users are not allowed to disassemble it without authorization;
3. After installation, please check whether each connection part of the faucet has leakage and whether the connection is tight;
4. Please install the filter screen in the water inlet pipe during installation, and the water inlet hose shall not be twisted to avoid affecting the use;
5. When it is used when the environment is lower than 0 °, the water stored in the pipeline and faucet shall be drained to prevent icing;
6. Temperature range of water used: 4 °~70 °

Installation Steps

1. Cleaning of water supply pipeline; Before installation, be sure to clean the sundries, sand and other foreign matters in the pipeline to avoid blockage and damage to the faucet; The specific installation method is shown in the figure:
2. As shown in Figure 1: first confirm that there are 35 installation holes, second place the main body on the basin, then install the dental tube as shown by the arrow on the figure, and finally put another hose on it.
3. After installing the hose, as shown in Figure 2.
4. As shown in Figure 3: screw the braided hose onto the angle valve and tighten it with a wrench.
5. After installation, test the water and check whether all connecting parts are sealed.

Instructions

1. Turn the hot and cold hand wheel inward to open, and the maximum opening angle is 90 degrees.
