Product Information
Miramar Table Lamp Item # KW 3661
This product is a table lamp designed to provide lighting in indoor spaces.
It comes with the following components:
- Fixture (D)
- Finial (A)
- Diffuser (B)
- Shade (C)
- Protective cover (E)
Please note that bulbs are not included with the lamp.
This product should be installed by a person familiar with its construction
and operation, as well as the applicable local installation codes. It is
important to carefully inspect the item and its contents before installation.
If any damage or defect is found, do not proceed with the installation. Retain
all packaging material until installation is complete and approved.
Product Usage Instructions
- Carefully remove all parts from the box and place them on a clean, soft surface.
- Remove the finial (A) and diffuser (B) from the fixture (D).
- Remove the shade (C) from its packaging and install it onto the fixture (D) along with the diffuser (B) using the finial (A).
- If the shade has additional packaging, carefully cut it off from the interior of the shade to avoid damages.
- Install the light bulbs into the sockets.
- Remove the protective cover (E) from the plug.
- Plug the lamp into an electrical outlet and test the fixture.
Note: Ensure that the lamp is connected to a properly grounded electrical outlet.
Care Instructions
Clean the lamp only with a soft dry cloth or feather duster. Do not use
abrasive or chemical agents as they may damage the lamp’s surface.
This product is listed and certified for use in the United States.

NOTICE:
This light fixture should be installed in accordance with all applicable,
local installation codes, and by a person familiar with the construction and
operation of it, as well as the hazards involved. Inspect item and contents
carefully. If any damage or defect is found, do not install. Retain all
packaging material until installation is complete and approved.
TOOLS REQUIRED
(NOT INCLUDED)
- Scissors

Carefully remove all parts from the box. Place on a clean, soft surface.

Remove finial (A) and diffuser (B) from fixture (D).

Remove shade (C) from packaging, then install shade (C) and diffuser (B) to fixture (D) using finial (A).
NOTE: If shade has additional packaging, carefully cut off from interior of shade to avoid damages. -
Install light bulbs into the sockets.

Remove protective cover (E) from plug.

Plug into electrical outlet and test the fixture.
