Installation Tools Required:

• T20 Screwdriver
• T50 Ratchet Shaft
• Pry Tool
• 10mm Wrench / Socket
• Drill (3mm)

Product Usage Instructions

ZDSB200S Installation 1

Tools required: T50 Ratchet Shaft

1. Unscrew the front seat bolts.
2. Close-up on the bolt.
3. Unscrew the two bolts on the back.
4. Tilt the chair back.

ZDSB200S Installation 2

Tools required: T20 Screwdriver

5. Unscrew the woofer grill.
6. OEM Woofer.
7. Remove the threshold (pull up).
8. Threshold removed.

ZDSB200S Installation 3

Tools required: 10mm Wrench / Socket

9. Lift up the carpet.
10. Unscrew the two bolts.
11. Bolts unscrewed.
12. Loosen the cable clips (pull).

Tools required: Pry Tool

13. Disconnect the speaker connector.
14. Remove the woofer.
15. Remove the woofer from the plastic.
16. Use A LOT of force to remove it.

Tools required: Drill (3mm), PH2 Screwdriver

17. Pull it up all the way around.
18. Woofer removed from the enclosure.
19. Drill holes for the woofer.
20. Screw the woofer in place.

Tools required: 10mm Wrench / Socket, T50 Ratchet Shaft

21. Mount the woofer in the car.
22. Screw it in place.
23. Screwed in place.
24. Connect the speaker connector.

ZDSB200S Installation 7

Tools required: T50 Ratchet Shaft, T20 Screwdriver

25. Screw back the woofer grill.
26. Put the chair back down.
27. Screw back the four chair bolts.
28. Installation is now complete.
