Instructions for use
We manufacture new type of high sensitivity CCTV microphone, which specially designed for security system, anti-theft alarm and other security systems to supporting the use. It is suitable for monitoring and recording in normal range.
Common Failure:

It is strictly prohibited to connect the cctv mic to the microphone input (MIC) of a sound card, mixer or power amplifier device, otherwise the device may be damaged.
Since the CCTV microphone also contains a microphone, and also contains amplification, noise reduction and echo processing circuits, it can output “Line Out” audio signals greater than 1 VPP. -
When the CCTV microphone is connected to the IPC, you should pay attention to whether the IPC supports linea input (input). If it does, please follow the direct lead output instructions of the IPC to connect.

Using multimeter to measure cctv microphone’s DC power voltages, requirement of voltage between 8V and 18V.

Connection is in good condition and reliable or not.

If the audio cable is connected to other audio equipment, please disconnect it and connect it directly to the normal active speaker of the Walkman headset/computer for testing.
If the sound is normal, it means that the cctv mic is no problem, please check the connection of audio equipment or other as ects. -
Whether the interface of the amplifying device matches the cctv microphone, and whether the size of the amplifying device is adjusted properly.

When you have multiple CCTV microphones, you can compare their cross-wiring to confirm that it is the fault of the CCTV microphone or wiring or other ancillary equipment.
