Only use batteries, chargers, and accessories approved by the manufacturer. Usage of other types of batteries, chargers, and accessories may result in the violence of the certification or warranty terms or even lead to danger.
Why is required to use the original accessories?
Battery and charger are key parts of a mobile part because they play important
roles in guaranteeing the normal operation of the mobile phone as well as your
safety. Itisshowninour long‐term customer investigation and aftersale service
that lots of mobile phone failures result from the usage of ineligible
accessories, especially ineligible battery and charger.
Hazards resulting from usage of ineligible battery and charger
- Shorten the battery service life with times of battery charging/discharging much fewer than that of the original battery.
- Shorten the service life of the mobile phone largely. The unstable voltage will affect the normal operation of the circuit, resulting in permanent damage.
- Affect the performance and reliability of the mobile phone, reducing the voice quality and being susceptible to the halted system.
- May result in burning or explosion and thus endanger the personal safety of the customers.
25. About the battery
Charging and discharging
A chargeable battery is used for the equipment. The battery may be charged and
discharged several hundreds of times and finally will be disabled. In case the
standby time and call duration shorten obviously, please replace the battery.
If the battery is replaced and used for the first time, or the battery has
been kept for a long time before using, it may be necessary to connect with
the charger, disconnect and then reconnect in order to charge the battery.
When the charger is not used, please disconnect the equipment and plug it out

- Don’t use or store the equipment in dusty or filthy places; otherwise, the detachable parts and electronic elements may be damaged.
- Don’t put the equipment in overheated places.
- Don’t keep the equipment in under-cooled places; otherwise, when the temperature rises to normal, moisture may be generated within the equipment, resulting in damage of the circuit board.
- Please open the equipment as per the descriptions in the manual. Don’t try any other means.
- Don’t throw, knock or shake the equipment. Any rough treatment of the equipment may result in damage of the inner circuit board and its exquisite structure.
- Don’t clean the equipment with ardent chemicals, detergents or strong wash.
- Don’t paint any dyestuff on the equipment. Painting may block foreign substances in detached parts and thus affect the normal operation.
- Clean the lens with a clean, dry soft cloth (such as the camera lens, range sensor and light sensor).
- Only use matched or approved antenna for the substation of the damaged one. Unapproved antenna, alteration or accessories may result in damage of the equipment and violence of relevant specifications on radio equipment.

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class
B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are
designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a
residential installation. This equipment generates uses and can radiate radio
frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the
instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However,
there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular
installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or
television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and
on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more
of the following measures:

- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
- Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
SAR Information Statement
Your MOBILE PHONE is a radio transmitter and receiver. It is designed and
manufactured not to exceed the emission limits for exposure to radiofrequency
(RF) energy set by the Federal Communications Commission of the U.S.
Government. These limits are part of comprehensive guidelines and establish
permitted levels of RF energy for the general population. The guidelines are
based on standards that were developed by independent scientific organizations
through periodic and thorough evaluations of scientific studies. The standards
include a substantial safety margin designed to assure the safety of all
persons, regardless of age and health. The exposure standard for wireless
mobile phones employs a unit of measurement known as the Specific Absorption
Rate or SAR. The SAR limit set by the FCC is 1.6 W/kg. Tests for SAR are
conducted with the phone transmitting at its highest certified power level in
all tested frequency bands. Although the SAR is determined at the highest
certified power level, the actual SAR level of the phone while operating can
be well below the maximum value. This is because the phone is designed to
operate at multiple power levels so as to use only the power required to reach
the network. In general, the closer you are to a wireless base station
antenna, the lower the power output. Before a phone model is available for
sale to the public, it must be tested and certified to the FCC that it does
not exceed the limit established by the government adopted a requirement for
safe exposure. The tests are performed in positions and locations (e.g., at
the ear and worn on the body) as required by the FCC for each model. The
highest SAR value for this model phone when tested for use at the ear is 0.56
W/Kg and when worn on the body, as described in this user guide, is 0.76 W/Kg
(Body-worn measurements differ among phone models, depending upon available
accessories and FCC requirements). While there may be differences between the
SAR levels of various phones and at various positions, they all meet the
government requirement for safe exposure. The FCC has granted an Equipment
Authorization for this model phone with all reported SAR levels evaluated as
in compliance with the FCC RF exposure guidelines. SAR information on this
model phone is on file with the FCC and can be found under the Display Grant
section of http://www.fcc.gov/oet/fccid after searching on FCC ID: GAO-SMEGA
Additional information on Specific Absorption Rates (SAR) can be found on the
Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA) web-site at
http://www.wowcom.com. In the United States and
Canada, the SAR limit for mobile phones used by the public is 1.6 watts/kg
(W/kg) averaged over one gram of tissue. The standard incorporates a
substantial margin of safety to give additional protection for the public and
to account for any variations in measurements.
This device was tested for typical body-worn operations with the back of the
handset kept 10mm from the body. To maintain compliance with FCC RF exposure
requirements, use accessories that maintain a 10mm separation distance between
the user’s body and the back of the handset. The use of belt clips, holsters
and similar accessories should not contain metallic components in its
assembly. The use of accessories that do not satisfy these requirements may
not comply with FCC RF exposure requirements and should be avoided.
