Assembly Instructions
Safety instructions
DANGER!
Danger for children
Ensure that plastic bags, packaging, etc. are properly disposed of and are not
in the reach of babies and young children. Choking hazard!
Ensure that children do not detach any small parts (e.g. knobs or the like)
from the product. They could swallow the pieces and choke!
Never let children play unattended with the product.
CAUTION!
Risk of injury to the hands
When assembling and screwing the individual parts, pay attention to sharp
edges on tools, screws and components.
Scope of delivery
****Before you assemble your rack, make sure the contents of package is complete according to the following list.
- 2 × side panel, melamine-coated 19 mm furniture board
- 1 × floor panel, melamine-coated 19 mm furniture board
- 1 × cover panel, melamine-coated 19 mm furniture board
- 1 × base, melamine-coated 19 mm furniture board
- 1 × front panel, melamine-coated 19 mm furniture board
- 2 × rack rails, 10 U, stepless, equipped with nuts and rubber piping
- 12 × woodscrew for rack rail
- 16 × connector housing
- 16 × connector bolts
- 8 × wooden dowel
- 4 × braking furniture caster
- 16 × raised countersunk screw 4,8×16
- 1 × assembly instruction
- 1 × installation template for rack rail
Installation
** Place all components on a suitable mounting surface for mounting. Use a
soft padding to prevent damages to the surfaces.

Preparing the components
Insert the connector housings, the connecting bolts and the wooden pegs into
the holes provided in the components, as shown in the figure below.
Position all connector housings so that the respective connecting bolts can be
completely sunk into the holes and the arrow position of the connector
housings points towards the hole.
**** After insertion, the connecting bolts sit loosely in the drill holes and
only spread apart when the connector housings on the associated component are
tightened.

Assembling the components
Place the base panel, the base and the front panel onto the connecting bolts
of the left side panel. Tighten the connector housings clockwise to lock the
connection with the inserted connecting bolts.

Place the cover panel onto the connecting bolts of the left side panel.
Tighten the connector housings clockwise to lock the connection with the
inserted connecting bolts.
Place the right side panel on the pre-assembled unit consisting of the left
side panel, base plate, base, front panel and cover plate.
Tighten the connector housings clockwise to lock the connection with the
inserted connecting bolts. Check all connections for tight fit.

Set the fully assembled unit onto the rack rail front. Screw the four casters
into the holes provided in the base panel , each with four raised countersunk
screw.
Set up the rack. Screw the rack rails to the inside of the rack, parallel to
the front edge, using six wood screws each. We recommend a distance of approx.
1.5 cm from the front edge. A mounting template is included for easy
installation.

Protecting the environment
Disposal of the packaging material
For the transport and protective packaging, environmentally friendly materials
have been chosen that can be supplied to normal recycling.
Ensure that plastic bags, packaging, etc. are properly disposed of.
Do not just dispose of these materials with your normal household waste, but
make sure that they are collected for recycling. Please follow the notes and
markings on the packaging.
