Product Usage Instructions

Step 1:
Before installation, make sure that the fitted rubber grommets are intact and free of damage. If any of the rubber grommets are damaged, contact our customer service at Wunderlich for spare grommets. -
Step 2:
Loosely preassemble all screws provided in the package. -
Step 3:
Tighten the countersunk screw (M8 x 16) to a torque of 8Nm (6ft-lbs). -
Step 4:
Tighten the lens head screw (M8 x 20) to a torque of 24Nm (18ft-lbs). -
Step 5:
Apply thread-locking fluid to the screws to ensure secure fastening. -
Step 6:
Follow the specified montage order (Steps 1-6) for proper installation. Please consult the provided diagrams for visual reference during the installation process.
Note: It is recommended to periodically check the rubber grommets for intactness and ensure that all screws are securely tightened to maintain optimal protection.

INTALLATION
The fitted rubber grommets are exposed to strong pressures and should be
fitted free of tension. Please check the rubber grommets regularly for
intactness. If the rubber grommets are damaged please get in contact with our
customer service here at Wunderlich to get some spare grommets. Loosely
preassemble all screws in advance and then tighten them to the specified
torque only
