Installation
- Determine the height at which you want to mount the Drawer Brackets in your Shop Stand. The front and back tabs of the brackets have holes spaced 32mm apart to match the holes spacing on the Shop Stand legs.
- Fit one Drawer Bracket between the Shop Stand legs, with the flange at the top and the face with the mounting holes for the drawer slides flush with the edges of the legs. If the fit is too tight, loosen the top and bottom Stretchers on that side and fit the Drawer Bracket between the Legs.
- Double-check that you have positioned the Drawer Bracket at the desired height and then attach it to the stand with four #8-32 x 1/2″ Screws and two #8-32 Nuts – two through the front tab and two through the back. If you needed to loosen the top and bottom Stretchers in Step 2, retighten them now, making sure they are square.
- Repeat the process to mount the other Drawer Bracket on the other end of the Shop Stand. Make sure the bracket is mounted at exactly the same height.
- To attach drawer slides to the bracket, position the slides so that their mounting holes align with the holes in the brackets. Attach the slides with the remaining #8-32 x 1/2″ Pan-Head or Flat-Head Screws, depending on your slides, and #8-32 Nuts.
- To attach a shelf, position the shelf blank on top of the Drawer Brackets inside the Shop Stand legs. If desired, secure the shelf with fasteners of an appropriate length driven through the holes in the underside of the bracket into the shelf material.
