Operations

Using the toothbrush

  • Attach the brush head and make sure it is locked in place.

  • choose your preferred mode by pressing the “Power” button. You may shift among the 5 modes by pressing” White, Clean, Sensitive, Polish, and Massage.”

  • Wet the bristles and apply an appropriate amount of toothpaste. Place the bristles with toothpaste against the teeth slightly towards the
    gumline.

  • Press the “Power” button to turn it on.

  • Gently move the brush head across the teeth on the front, back, and chewing surfaces. Do not apply too much pressure to the teeth or apply the bristles to one area for a long time.

  • Dentists recommend 2 minutes to brush the teeth, and there is an interval reminding after every 30 seconds.

  • Move to the next section when you feel the pause, and the toothbrush will automatically power off at 2 minutes.

  • To avoid splashing toothpaste, only turn on the toothbrush after you have placed it against your teeth and only remove it from the mouth after it is turned off.

 Changing the toothbrush head

  • Install: Slide the toothbrush head down to the handle. Turn clockwise until A meets T.
  • Detach: Turn the toothbrush head counterclockwise until A meets B.
  • Pull it out along the handle

Charging the toothbrush

  • hen the battery power level Is low, the charging indicator light will flash ten times to remind charging.
  • Connect the toothbrush with the USB cable to any power source to start charging with the charging indicator light on.
  • when the battery is fully charged, the indicator light will turn off automatically, and the charging unit will shut off automatically to avoid overcharging.
  • For the first time use or when it is not used for a long time, it is expected that the indicator does not light for initial 5 minutes.

Precautions

  • Do not soak the product in water for a long time.
  • Do not place the toothbrush in high-temperature conditions or expose it to the sun.
  • Do not force the bristles hard against the teeth or gums.

After-sales service

  • A 1-year warranty is offered from the day of purchase. You may contact Dada-Tech.
  • During the warranty period, for any defects arising from materials or product processes, we will replace the parts or the whole product according to specific circumstances.
  • When you apply for free repair, you must submit DT-22 and proof, which can prove the date of purchase (purchasing invoice) to Dada-Tech.
  • The following conditions are not included in the warranty:
    • Damages caused by improper use, such as inappropriate power supply, plugged into the improper socket, artificial damage, etc.
    • Problems occur due to its use for other purposes or improper use or use of components not supplied by Dada-Tech.
