Hanwha Vision TNM-C4940TD Thermal Network Camera

Product Information

The Thermal Network Camera is a high-quality camera designed for surveillance purposes. It is available in three models: TNM-C4940TD, TNM-C4950TD, and TNM- C4960TD. The camera is environmentally friendly and complies with the EU RoHS Directive. It is recommended to use the officially compatible VMS version or the latest Hanwha NVR version for integration purposes.

Installation
Follow the installation steps below to set up the Thermal Network Camera:

  1. Refer to the user manual on the manufacturer’s website for detailed installation instructions. Visit https://www.hanwhavision.com/en/download-data/
  2. Check the components included with your camera. Note that accessories may vary depending on the sales country.
  3. If installing on a wall, follow the instructions provided in section 2-1-1 of the user manual.
  4. If installing on a pole, follow the instructions provided in section 2-2-1 of the user manual. Note that a stainless steel mount strap is not included.
  5. Ensure proper installation of the network cable (IP66) as described in section 4 of the user manual.
  6. If using audio/alarm cables, follow the instructions provided in section 6 of the user manual.
  7. When connecting DC 12V Power cables, refer to section 8 of the user manual.
  8. Follow the instructions in section 10 of the user manual for further installation steps.
  9. Refer to section 12 of the user manual for additional installation guidelines.
  10. Note that some items such as TR30 and TR20 are required for installation. Refer to the user manual for details.
  11. For specific items not included with the camera, such as a Micro SD Card or Wi-Fi dongle, refer to sections 15 and 16 of the user manual respectively.

Password Setting
When accessing the camera for the first time, you need to register a login password. Follow the steps below:

  1. Enter “admin” in the input box on the login window.
  2. Enter your desired password in the input field.
  3. Click “Sign in” to complete the password setting.

Connecting to WiFi
Follow the instructions below to connect the camera to WiFi:

Camera Setting

  1. Connect the OTG adapter (5-pin) and Wi-Fi dongle to the micro USB terminal on the camera.
  2. Note that password requirements for WiFi connection are mentioned in the user manual.
  3. Use a password with at least 8 to 9 digits containing a combination of uppercase/lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Avoid using spaces and repeating characters or consecutive keyboard inputs.

Smartphone Setting

  1. Install the Wisenet Installation application on your smartphone.
  2. Turn on the WiFi and select the camera SSID.
  3. Launch the Wisenet Installation application.
  4. Log in to the camera to establish a video connection. Note that the video may be played without logging in during the initial connection.
  5. You can adjust the angle of view while watching the video through your smartphone.

PASSWORD SETTING

When you access the product for the first time, you must register the login password.

LOGIN

  • Whenever you access the camera, the login window appears.

  • Enter “admin” in the input box.
  • Enter the password in the input field.
  •  Click [Sign in].

Camera setting
