Hanwha Vision TNM-C4940TD Thermal Network Camera
Product Information
The Thermal Network Camera is a high-quality camera designed for surveillance purposes. It is available in three models: TNM-C4940TD, TNM-C4950TD, and TNM- C4960TD. The camera is environmentally friendly and complies with the EU RoHS Directive. It is recommended to use the officially compatible VMS version or the latest Hanwha NVR version for integration purposes.

Before using the product, please read and follow the safety information

Installation
Follow the installation steps below to set up the Thermal Network Camera:
- Refer to the user manual on the manufacturer’s website for detailed installation instructions. Visit https://www.hanwhavision.com/en/download-data/
- Check the components included with your camera. Note that accessories may vary depending on the sales country.
- If installing on a wall, follow the instructions provided in section 2-1-1 of the user manual.
- If installing on a pole, follow the instructions provided in section 2-2-1 of the user manual. Note that a stainless steel mount strap is not included.
- Ensure proper installation of the network cable (IP66) as described in section 4 of the user manual.
- If using audio/alarm cables, follow the instructions provided in section 6 of the user manual.
- When connecting DC 12V Power cables, refer to section 8 of the user manual.
- Follow the instructions in section 10 of the user manual for further installation steps.
- Refer to section 12 of the user manual for additional installation guidelines.
- Note that some items such as TR30 and TR20 are required for installation. Refer to the user manual for details.
- For specific items not included with the camera, such as a Micro SD Card or Wi-Fi dongle, refer to sections 15 and 16 of the user manual respectively.
Password Setting
When accessing the camera for the first time, you need to register a login
password. Follow the steps below:
- Enter “admin” in the input box on the login window.
- Enter your desired password in the input field.
- Click “Sign in” to complete the password setting.
Connecting to WiFi
Follow the instructions below to connect the camera to WiFi:
Camera Setting
- Connect the OTG adapter (5-pin) and Wi-Fi dongle to the micro USB terminal on the camera.
- Note that password requirements for WiFi connection are mentioned in the user manual.
- Use a password with at least 8 to 9 digits containing a combination of uppercase/lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Avoid using spaces and repeating characters or consecutive keyboard inputs.
Smartphone Setting
- Install the Wisenet Installation application on your smartphone.
- Turn on the WiFi and select the camera SSID.
- Launch the Wisenet Installation application.
- Log in to the camera to establish a video connection. Note that the video may be played without logging in during the initial connection.
- You can adjust the angle of view while watching the video through your smartphone.

indicates that the product and its electronic accessories (e.g. charger,
headset, USB cable) should not be disposed of with other household waste at
the end of their working life. To prevent possible harm to the environment or
human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, please separate these items
from other types of waste and recycle them responsibly to promote the
sustainable reuse of material resources. Household users should contact either
the retailer where they purchased this product, or their local government
office, for details of where and how they can take these items for

Correct disposal of batteries in this product

PASSWORD SETTING
When you access the product for the first time, you must register the login password.
- For a new password with 8 to 9 digits, you must use at least 3 of the following: uppercase lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. For a password with 10 to 15 digits, you must use at least 2 types of those mentioned.
- Special characters are allowed.
- Space is not allowed for passwords.
- For higher security, you are not recommended to repeat the same characters or consecutive keyboard inputs for your passwords.
- If you lost your password, you can press the [RESET] button to initialize the product. So, don’t lose your password by using a memo pad or memorizing it.
LOGIN
- Whenever you access the camera, the login window appears.
- Enter the User ID and password to access the camera.
- Enter “admin” in the
input box. - Enter the password in the
input field. - Click [Sign in].
CONNECTING TO WiFi

- Connect the OTG adapter (5-pin) and Wi-Fi dongle to the micro USB terminal. Smartphone setting
- Install the Wisenet Installation application.
- Select the camera SSID after turning on the WiFi.
- Run the Wisenet Installation application.
- When you log in to the camera, the video will be connected.
