WAGON SETUP AND USE:

  • THIS PRODUCT REQUIRES ADULT ASSEMBLY.
  • NEVER LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED. Always keep children in view when they are seated in the wagon
  • Before each use, check to make sure the locking devices for the wagon frame, seats and optional car seat attachment devices are engaged.
  • Always make sure the wagon is fully open and locked before use.
  • AVOID INJURY AND FINGER ENTRAPMENT: Use care when folding and unfolding the wagon. Keep children at a safe distance until the wagon is fully opened and latched.
  • AVOID SERIOUS INJURY: Keep hands away from rear wheels during use. Keep fingers away from moving parts when using, folding and unfolding or adjusting the wagon.
  • DO NOT use the wagon without the rear wheel fenders in use.
  • To prevent injury, children must remain seated with their arms and legs inside the wagon at all times.
  • THIS IS NOT A TOY: DO NOT allow children to play with this product.
  • The brake must be locked while taking a child in or out of the wagon.
  • The seats are not suitable for children under 6 months.
  • DO NOT use if your child is unable to sit upright unaided.
  • This wagon seats up to 2 passengers, up to 50 lbs each.
  • Maximum weight capacity for wagon is 150 lbs (68 kg).
  • Maximum child height is 40 in. (101.6 cm).
  • FALL HAZARD – Avoid serious injury from falling or sliding out.
  • Always use the harness restraint system. Passengers must be seated while the wagon is in use.
  • Use this product at walking speed only. This product is not intended to be used while jogging, skating, etc.
  • The wagon is suitable from birth ONLY when using the optional car seat adapters and an approved infant car seat.
  • The wagon may become unstable if manufacturer recommended load is exceeded. Do not hang purses, diaper bags and/or shopping bags from wagon. Only attach accessories that are recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Always apply the brakes when the wagon is stationary. Never leave a child in the wagon when the wagon is on a sloped surface, even if the brakes are applied.
  • DO NOT make any alterations or modifications to the wagon. DO
  • NOT use any accessories, spare parts or components not supplied or approved of by the manufacturer as they may make the product unsafe.
  • Lock the brake before transporting in a vehicle.
  • AVOID BURNS: NEVER place hot liquids in the cup holders.
  • DO NOT place more than 2 lbs (.9 kg) in the Handle Cup Holder.
  • DO NOT place more than 3 lbs (1.4 kg) in the Wagon Dual Cup Holder.
  • DO NOT place more than 3 lbs (1.4 kg) in the Handle Parent Storage Bin.
  • DO NOT place more than 20 lbs (9.1 kg) in the Storage Basket.
  • Wagon should never be used on stairs or escalator.
  • DO NOT sit or stand on top tube of the wagon frame.
  • DO NOT sit or stand on the wagon or seats when folded.
  • Always pull the wagon up and over curbs – Never attempt to push the wagon over curbs.
  • Never use this product if there are any missing or broken parts.
  • Contact manufacturer for replacement parts and never use substitute parts.

To register this product from within the USA visit our website or return the registration card provided. The model number and the date of manufacture can be found on the bottom of the wagon.

Warranty

Journey warrants this product to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase when used by the original owner according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

The warranty does not apply to damage caused by product alteration, customer/user misuse or abuse of the product. Please have the proof of purchase, model number, and date of manufacture when you contact us

Wagon

Adult assembly required. First check to make sure you have all of the parts before beginning to assemble.

Quick Tip: Assemble the wagon on top of the cardboard box to protect flooring.

  1. With the wagon frame upside down, insert the footwell frame bars into the sockets on the bottom of wagon frame, as shown (1). Press down until the snap button locks into place. Repeat for the other side. Make sure that the D-rings on the footwell are on the side closest to the rear wheel axle.

  2. Locate the zippers on both sides of the footwell frame and zip up both zippers (2).

  3. Attach both mattress pad storage straps. Loop the snap button around the rear axle and snap together (3A). Thread the hook and loop end through the D-ring on the bottom of the footwell. Fasten each strap with hook and loop tabs (3B).

  4. Attach rear wheel fenders. Locate the two pins below the rear axle hub, as shown (4). Insert the two pins on the rear wheel fender openings and slide the fender towards the end of the wagon frame to lock in place. Repeat for the other rear wheel fender.

  5. Attach rear wheels, insert the rear wheel pin into the opening on the rear hub (5). Push the rear wheel in until it clicks. Pull on the rear wheels to check that they are assembled correctly. Repeat for other rear wheel.

  6. Attach front wheels, insert the front wheel pin into the opening on the front hub (6). Push down on the front wheel to make sure it is secured. Repeat for other front wheel. Pull on the front wheels to check that they are assembled correctly.

  7. Slide both locking buttons to unlatch push/pull-handle. Rotate the handle up until it locks into the push-handle position (7). To use as a pull-handle, slide both locking buttons to unlatch from the push-handle position and continue to rotate forward. Note: The pull-handle position does not lock in a fixed position.

  8. Grab both handles on the side of the wagon and pull up firmly to open and secure the frame (8a).
    WARNING: Push down on the top frame to make sure latches are secure and the frame does not collapse. Pull forward on both seat backs to make sure they are latched to the frame (8b). If seats are not properly latched to the frame push back on the seat back to secure.

  9. Locate and attach 3 snap buttons on each side inside the wagon at the footwell (9).

Canopy

  1. Attach both canopy clips to the mounting points (near the wagon handles). Slide the canopy clips away from the handle to secure. (10). Make sure both sections of the zipper line up, if not switch canopies.
  2. Fasten the back of the canopy to the wagon using the zipper (11). To remove reverse steps 10 & 11.
  3. To open canopy, pull up on the front edge and rotate it forward.

Wagon Cup Holder Tray

Note: Remove the cup holder tray before folding wagon.

  1. Position both latch plates on cup holder tray with the corresponding slots on the inside of the wagon handle (12). Push down until you hear a click, to lock in place.
  2. To remove, make sure the cup holder tray is empty. Pull on the back of the cup holder tray to release the latches. Pull up to remove
    WARNING: Avoid burns – Never put hot liquids in cup holder tray. Do not place more than 3 lbs (1.4 kg) in the cup holder tray.

Handle Cup Holder/Parent Storage Bin

  1. Position the slot on the handle cup holder or storage bin above the post on the push/pull-handle (13). Push down until you hear a click, to lock in place.
  2. To remove, make sure the cup holder or storage bin is empty. Pull up firmly to remove.
    WARNING: Avoid burns – Never put hot liquids in cup holder. Do not place more than 2 lbs (.9 kg) in the handle cup holder. Do not place more than 3 lbs (1.4 kg) in the handle storage bin.

Harness Restraint

  1. To open the child harness, press on the button on the crotch strap buckle (14). Then pull out both harness clips. Place the child on the seat and wrap the harness around the child’s waist. Pull up the crotch strap up through the child’s legs. Insert the harness clips into the crotch strap buckle.
  2. To adjust the length of the waist belt straps, pull on the straps to tighten or loosen. Make sure the waist belt fits snuggly around your child.

Rear Wheel Brake

  1. The rear wheel brake foot lever is located at the front of the wagon below the push/pull-handle (15).
  2. Step on the brake lever to lock the rear wheels.
  3. Pull up on the brake lever with the top of your foot to release.
    WARNING: Always apply the brakes when the wagon is stationary.
    Never leave a child in the wagon when the wagon is on a sloped surface, even if the brakes are applied.

Storage Basket

  1. Attach the storage basket to the back of the wagon frame, as shown (16).
    WARNING: Do not place more than 20 lbs (9.1 kg) in the storage basket.

Wagon Mesh Storage Pockets

  1. Four mesh storage pockets are located inside the wagon.
    WARNING: These mesh pockets can be easily accessed by the child
    – DO NOT store anything in these mesh pockets that may be harmful to a child.

Mattress Pad/Storage Bag

  1. Remove the wagon dual cup holder (if already attached).
    Remove the mattress pad from the storage bag and place on the wagon seats, as shown (17). Undo the hook and loop strap and open the mattress pad.

  2. Slide both seat back pockets over the wagon seat backs and push down on the mattress pad to make sure it is laying flat (18). Position the latch plate on the mattress pad with the corresponding slot on the inside of the handle. Push down on the top of latch Plate to secure it to the wagon frame. To release pull on back of the latch plate and pull up to remove.

  3. When not using the mattress pad, fold up and place in the storage bag. Slide the mattress pad (in storage bag) under the rear of the wagon to store. The mattress will sit on top of the mattress pad storage straps.

Folding Wagon

  1. Locate the wagon locking latch on the back of the wagon frame.
    Pull up slightly on the wagon frame and slide back on the top slide latch and at the same time, squeeze the bottom button. With the locking latch released push down to collapse the wagon frame (19).

  2. Slide both locking buttons to unlatch push/pull-handle. Rotate the handle down into the storage position on top of the wagon. Note: The handle will lock into this storage position and will need to be unlocked with the handle locking buttons (7).

  3. Locate the release button on the rear axle hub. Press the button and pull out on the rear wheel to remove (20). Repeat for the other side. Locate the release button on the front of the front wheel assembly. Press the button and pull down on the front wheel to remove (21). Repeat for the other side.

Storing Wagon

  1. The folded wagon can be stored in the standing position as shown (22). Press on the brake lever to lock the rear wheels before the wagon is stored in the upright position.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Check you wagon from time to time for worn parts or torn fabric/ stitching. Contact the manufacturer for replacement parts.
DO NOT store the wagon in direct sunlight. If your wagon is used at the beach and in sand. Make sure to thoroughly remove the sand from moving parts and rinse the frame to prevent corrosion.
To spot clean the wagon or mattress pad, use only mild household soap and a sponge. DO NOT use bleach. Allow to air dry thoroughly before using or storing.
