BEFORE YOU BEGIN
If you do not feel comfortable installing your Thumper Fab Bumper & Bulkhead, please see your nearest Can-Am® Dealer for installation.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Remove Front Fascia
Pop off fascia cover hood (FIG 1). Disconnect connectors on head- lights and running lights (FIG 2). Use T30 torx driver to remove 12 bolts holding on front clip. There are two bolts on each side (note that one of the bolts on the passenger’s side of the unit is behind the fuel door) and two bolts underneath each side. For the bolt on each side of the unit that is near the headlights, use a 10mm socket/wrench to hold the nut on the underside of the plastic (FIG 3). There are two bolts on top of the radiator and two bolts on the front of the clip. Remove the head-light adjustment bolt, using either an 8mm socket or a T20 Torx driver, depending on your unit (FIG 4). There are plastic clips still holding the front clip to the unit. You may be able to gently pull the front clip off, or you may need to use a screwdriver to pry the clips off (FIG5). Remove front fascia. Remove clip nuts from stock bumper and set aside (FIG 6).
Jack Up Unit
Jack up the unit and place it on jack stands.
Remove Radiator
Use 13mm sockets/wrenches to remove radiator hardware (FIG 7 ). Zip tie radiator out of way (FIG 8).
Remove Stock Bumper/Bulkhead
Use 18mm sockets/wrenches to remove hardware holding stock bumper/bulkhead to forward arms. Remove stock bumper/bulkhead (FIG 9).
Install Thumper Bumper
Install Thumper bumper/bulkhead using previously removed stock hardware. Tighten using 18mm sockets/wrenches (FIG 10). If you have a winch, install it and fairlead at this time. Refer to your winch manufacturer for wiring/ mounting instructions.
Reinstall Radiator/Front Fascia
Cut Zip-tie and use previously removed hardware to reinstall radiator. The bottom of the radiator will bolt to the underside of the bumper bracket (FIG 11). Snap previously removed clip nuts onto bumper bracket (FIG 11). Replace and reinstall front fascia.
Install Tube Ends
Use mallet to tap tube plugs(2) into 4 open tube ends on bumper.
Install Light Kit
If using lights, mount lights to bumper using hardware included in light kit. Refer to wiring insert for wiring instructions.
