Horizontal Laser Beams Accuracy Check
It is recommended to slide the pendulum to the unlocked position to enable the
self-leveling mode before the accuracy check. Please ensure that there is no
vibration. Accuracy check requires a wall of 10 meters, which needs to be
smooth and flat to facilitate marking.
- Place the laser tool at one end of the wall about 50cm away from the wall and turn on the laser tool. Mark the intersection of the horizontal laser beam and vertical laser beam as mark 1 on the wall.
- Remain the laser tool in place. Mark the position of the horizontal beam on the wall along the other end of the horizontal laser beam 10 meters away as mark 2.
- Move the machine parallel to mark 2 along the wall and keep the machine about 50cm away from the wall. Make the intersection of the horizontal laser beam and vertical laser beam precisely align with mark 2 (An adjustable platform is recommended).
- Mark the horizontal laser beam at the position of mark 1 again along the horizontal laser line as mark 3.
- Measure the offset of mark 1 and mark 3 on the wall. The offset value should be less than 6mm.
- If the offset value is more than 6mm, the laser tool should be returned to the service center for repair.
Vertical Laser Beams Accuracy Check
- Place the laser tool on the floor and turn on the vertical beams of the front laser window and side laser window.
- Mark the cross point below the laser tool as mark 1 and remain the laser tool in the same position. Mark a mark 2 on the floor Sm away from mark 1, mark the cross point on the ceiling as mark 3.
- Rotate the level horizontally by 180°, and then move the laser tool close to mark 2, so that the vertical laser line is aligned through mark 2 and mark 1.
- Mark the laser line at the position of mark 3 on the ceiling as mark 4.
- Measure the offset of mark 3 and mark 4 on the ceiling. If the measured value is more than the value in the table below, the laser tool should be returned to the service center for repair.
Ceiling Height | Standard |
---|---|
3m | 2mm |
Sm | 3mm |
10m | 6mm |
Orthogonal check
- Install the laser tool on the equipped bracket, and then place it on the flat ground, and turn on the side vertical laser beam.
- Mark a mark 1 below the laser tool on the floor, and then mark a mark 2 on the floor Sm away from mark 1, and finally mark a mark 3 on the floor Sm away from mark 2.
- Turn on the vertical laser beams of front laser window and side laser window, and move the laser tool to mark 2. Align the cross point at the bottom of the laser tool to mark 2 accurately, and align the laser beam of the side laser window with mark 3.
- Mark a mark 4 Sm away, along the vertical line of the front window of the laser tool.
- Rotate the level horizontally by 90°. Align the cross point at the bottom of the laser tool to mark 2 accurately, and align the laser beam of the side laser window with mark 4.
- Mark the vertical laser beam of the front window as mark 5 at the position of mark 1.
- Measure the offset of mark 1 and mark 5. The offset value should be less than 4.5mm. If the offset value is more than 4.5mm, the laser tool should be returned to the service center for repair.
