INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE ABDOMINAL BINDER
INDICATIONS:
Protection and stabilization after surgery, in postpar¬tum period.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Post-operative abdominal binder made of breath¬able fabrics. Perfectly adjusts to body shape. Wide hook-and loop fastener allows to regulate compression, provides optimal stabilization and soft tissue compression. The brace may be used as protection and stabilization after surgery or pregnancy.
PUTTING ON:
Do not forget to make sure that the brace size has been chosen carefully that is essential for proper functioning of the brace. In order to put on the brace, the patient should lie down. Put the brace so that it would be placed cm above the coccygeal vertebrae – brace’s label (you can find it inside the brace), it should be directed upward. Back stays should adhere to lumbosacral area. Fasten the belt and the additional straps which regulate the dorsal compression. Make sure that the compression provides optimal stabilization (partly reduces the movement of LS spine) but does not disturb breathing. Time of using the brace should be precised by medical specialist and should be accompanied by proper rehabilitation exercises program.
CONSERVATION AND MAINTENANCE:
The brace should be washed with gentle detergents in max. temperature 35°. Do not chlorinate, do not dry clean, wring gently before drying. Do not dry close to the artificial heat sources. Dry in horizontal position. Do not iron.

UWAGA!
Not observing the rules of personal hygiene and cleaning the vest with
inappropriate detergents may result in skin abrasion or other effects related
to perspiration. Please, do not use gels or warming ointment. Always rinse
carefully after washing-detergent residue can cause skin irritation and damage
product material. The product is not fireproof. Do not use close to the open
sources of fire.
