Preface
- Thank you for purchasing our money counter.
- Guarantee is one year from the date of supply.
- This user guide compiles all the relevant instructions about the use and operation of the machine.
- We recommend the new user to read the manual thoroughly, in order to get familiarized with the controls and operation of the unit.
- The present user manual contains a section with warranty certificate and warranty terms and conditions. Please keep the present manual at least until the end of the warrant y period of the device.
Safety precautions
Please read the safety precautions below before operating the Currency Counter. They must be obverse to avoid any potential hazards that could result in personal injuries or damage to the Currency Counter.
- To avoid the risks of damaging the device or causing injury to users, install the counter on a flat steady surface.
- Always switch the counter off and unplug the power cable after you have finished working with it
- To clean the sensors (feeding sensor, stacker sensor and counting sensors) use a soft cloth or a brush.
- If any failures or crashes occur, contact the technical support service.
- To avoid display malfunctions, turn the counter on after 5 seconds from the moment of its last shutdown.

Purpose of the currency counter
- DoCash 3200 HD – are designed for counting large amounts of banknotes of various currencies.
- These counters are reliable and easy to use and have the ability to detect the genuineness of different notes.
Declaration of conformity
- The currency counter conforms to the following requirements:
- CU TR 004/2011 «On safety of low-voltage equipment»;
- CU TR 020/2011 «Electromagnetic compatibility of technical equipment».
- This manual contains information that is actual for the moment of publishing, and might not contain later changes.
- The manufacturer maintains the right to change machine’s specif ications and control algorithms.

Control panel
- MODE: Choose CNT mode (Count), SDC mode (Single Denomination Count) & MDC mode (Mixed Denomination Count). CFD: Pressing this button for 3 seconds, can choose different Counterfeit Detection Sensitivity level
- CUR: Show up the available currency names in your machine and navigate buttons and MENU to select the currency you want. BATCH: Switch on/off batch mode.
- PRINT: When your value counter is connected with a printer, then in REPORT mode (press DETAIL to get in), press this PRINT button to print out the detail.
- A/M: Choose Auto or Manual Start
- S/N: Switch on/off SN reading function
- ADD: The default function is to switch on/off ADD function SPEED: The default function is to select different available counting speeds.
- ↑→ ↓←: When BATCH is on, then use ↑→ ↓←buttons to input the batch number. And in Menu to choose currency type.
- MENU: Pressing this button for 3 seconds to Enter in to Menu while in main interface.
- ESC: The default function is to clear the input or back to upper level.
- RESTART: This button is used to start counting, or back to upper level in MENU.
Operation mode
CNT mode
- Pressing button MODE to select CNT mode. In this mode, you can switch on ADD or BATCH or ADD + BATCH.
SDC mode
- Pressing button MODE to select SDC mode. This mode is to count a single denomination bill. The system will take the first note as the benchmark, an will stop counting when meeting a different denomination.
MDC mode
- Pressing button MODE to select MDC mode. This mode is a value counting mode for mixed denominations, and press REPORT button to check the counting details.
Setting mode
- Pressing Menu button for 3 seconds, you will see setting menu with the following main interface.
- Use the cursor to select with sub-menu you want to enter, and press MENU button to confirm, and press ESC button to quit.
Maintenance and troubleshooting
After starting the machine, it will go on self-check automatically. If you preset window show the following error code, generally speaking, it is because of dust on the surface or sensor blocked by notes. So please clear the dust on the surface with brush or soft cloth, or take the notes away. Then restart the machine.

Warranty
The warranty period is 12 months from the day of delivery subject to compliance with the conditions of use and storage indicated in this Manual and additional conditions specified in the Warranty Coupon. Manufacturer shall be released from any obligation for the counter malfunction resulting from improper transportation, storage and use, as well as from mechanical failure.
Transportation and storage
Allowed temperature during transportation is from – 30 to + 50 °С. Storage of
the counter is allowed only in heated places at the temperature from +1 to +
40 °С and relative air humidity of up to 80% (at 25 °С).

- The warranty period is: 12 months from the day of sale to the final user but not more than 13 months from the day of warranty certificate issue.
- Warranty is not applied in the following cases:
- non-observance of User manual requirements, careless handling and/or transportation
- fair wear and tear of parts and units, end of consumables lifetime
- failures, caused by engineering changes of the equipment
- improper and/or inopportune maintenance and routine maintenance
- repair, performed by unauthorized and unqualified personnel
- using of non-original spare parts and removable elements during maintenance
- non-conformity of equipment capacity and Customer’s needs, overloading of the equipment
- damage, wear of parts and units due to intrusion of foreign particles, in the case of improper maintenance of filters, intrusion of insects and/or other foreign particles
- operation in dusty or wet room
- low quality of the electrical main electric energy parameters
- mechanical damages of the equipment and its parts, external electrical connections of the cables and the grounding
- water flood, earthquake, lightning strike and other natural disasters
- corrections, erasements or traces of copying of warranty card, and if the warranty card is blank, improperly, or partly filled
