Sharp PN-LC652 LCD Monitor

Product Information

The PN-LC Series is a range of LCD monitors available in three models: PN- LC652, PN-LC752, and PN-LC862. These monitors are designed for professional use and offer high-quality display performance.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Dismantle Procedure:
    To dismantle the product, follow the steps below:

  2. Remove the back covers (see section 5).

  3. Remove the printed circuit boards (see section 6).

  4. Dismantle the LCD (see section 7).

  5. Remove the electrolyte capacitors (see section 8).

  6. Batteries:
    The PN-LC Series uses AAA batteries for the remote control. To remove the battery, simply detach it from the remote control.

  7. Back Covers:
    The back cover of the monitor can be removed using a screwdriver.

  8. PWB and Other Electronic Components:
    All electronic components, including the main PWB, power PWB, T-CON PWB, key PWB, front PWB, OPS PWB, and speaker, can be removed using a screwdriver.

  9. LCD Module Bezels/Angles:
    The LCD module bezels and angles can be dismantled according to the instructions provided for each specific model (PN-LC652, PN-LC752, PN-LC862).

  10. Capacitors:
    The power PWB contains capacitors with a diameter larger than 25mm. To remove these capacitors, use a nipper to cut the leads.

  11. Parts List:

    • For professional repairers, spare parts are available in accordance with the legal requirements of EU Regulation 2019/2021.
    • The spare parts include the internal power board, connectors to connect external equipment, batteries and accumulators, DVD/Blue-Ray module, and HD/SSD module.

This document describes dismantling instruction according to Annex VII of Directive 2012/19/EU.

  • Screw Driver
  • Nipper

Dismantle Procedure

This product can be dismantled by below steps.

  1.  Remove Back covers (section 5)
  2. Remove Printed circuit boards (section 6)
  3. Dismantle LCD (section 7)
  4.  Remove Electrolyte Capacitors (section 8)

Batteries

This model uses only AAA battery for remote control. Battery can easily be removed.

Back covers

back cover can be removed by screw driver.

Capacitors

Capacitors which diameter is larger than 25mm is installed on the Power PWB. And these capacitors can be removed by using nipper to cut the leads.
