The EN Tubeless Repair Kit (Art. 880365) is a tool designed for repairing punctures in tubeless tires. It includes a rasp tool, plug/string, and an eye fork for easy insertion of the plug/string into the puncture. Product Usage Instructions
- Before using the kit, it is recommended to consult qualified personnel or your specialist dealer for guidance.
- Read the instructions carefully before using the kit and keep them in a safe place for future reference.
- Locate the puncture in the tire and remove any objects that may be stuck in it.
- Inflate the tire to the recommended pressure.
- Insert the rasp tool into the puncture and slide it up and down to prepare the puncture for repair.
- Take the plug/string and insert it into the eye of the fork. Center the plug/string in the fork.
- Insert the plug/string into the puncture and then pull the fork out of the hole, ensuring that the plug/string remains in place.
- Cut any excess plug/string, making sure it is flush with the tire tread.
- Re-inflate the tire to the recommended pressure.
CAUTION: Be cautious of pointed objects as they pose a risk of injury. After repairing the tire, carefully check its function to ensure proper repair. Store the tubeless repair kit in a dry place and keep it out of reach of children.
