Product Usage Instructions
- Connect the Type-C input port of the AW10 Wireless Charging Base to a power source.
- Place your phone or other Qi-enabled device on the center of the charging base.
- The AW10 Wireless Charging Base will automatically start charging your device.
Note: The AW10 Wireless Charging Base is not compatible with Amazon’s Fire HD 10 Plus tablet. iPhone 5V/1A stock charger and computer USB ports do not have sufficient output to power your AW10 wireless charging base. For a better experience, it is recommended to take off the phone case and use an adapter (NOT INCLUDED).

Warranty Information
Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise provides a 12-month warranty on this product. In the case of quality problems under normal use, your device will not be eligible for warranty because of the following conditions:
- Man-made damage: such as improper use, damage caused by mistakes, abnormal wear and tear on the appearance, fall, circuit burnout, extrusion and deformation, foreign matter entering, moisture, altered or torn sealing label on the product, and any other man-made visible damage
- Damage caused by force majeure (such as earthquake, flood, fire, hurricane or war, etc.) All descriptions of this warranty card belong to Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise.
