Tools Required
- 5/16 Wrench and/or Socket
- 9/16 Wrench and/or Socket
- 3/4 Wrench and/or Socket
Instruction

Install the hitch assembly onto the unit by using four ½ x 1 ½ hex head bolts, lock washers and nuts

2A) Adjust the coulter for proper clearance between the shoe by loosing the two set-screws on the coulter mounƟng bracket.
2B) Move the coulter assembly up or down and Ɵghten set-screw.

Install the plant stands by removing the outer coƩer key from the axles.

Install the plant stand onto the axle and re-install the coƩer key as shown. Repeat on the other side.

Install the plant stand plates onto the upright by removing the ⅜ hex head bolt as shown.

Install plates as shown. Leave loose.

Install plant stand onto plate by using two ⅜ x 1 hex head bolts and flange nuts. Repeat on other side and Ɵghten all fasteners.

Install the plant box alignment tabs by using one ⅜ x 1 hex head bolt and one flange nut. Use the outer hole for wide boxes and the inner hole for narrow boxes.

Install the red seat “L” bracket by using one #727 U-bolt, two flat washers, lock washers and nuts.

Install the red seat bracket onto the seat bracket if not already installed by inserƟng the ½ x 1 ½ carriage bolt into the bracket. Use one flat washer, lock washer and hex nut to secure.
Install bracket onto seat by using four 5/16 x 1 hex head bolts and lock washers.

Install seat onto red “L” bracket. Adjust seat for comfort and Ɵghten.

Install the rear weight bracket by removing the wheel scraper assembly.

Place the brackets on the unit as shown.

Install the spacer and fasteners that are included with brackets.

Re-install the wheel scraper assembly by removing one wheel scraper blade.
Re-install the carriage bolt, spring, flat washer and Ny-lock hex nut. Leave loose.

Install the plant boxes. Unit is now ready for opera Ɵ on.
Safety Precautions
- Make sure tractor is stopped and in neutral with the transplanted lowered to the ground before geƫng on /off the unit.
- No operator is allowed to be on the unit as it is raised and lowered.
- No operator is allowed on the transplanted as it is transported to or from the field.
- All operators must be seated before movement begins and remain seated unƟl the transplanter is completely stopped.
- Never leave the transplanted in the raised poison
- Keep all shields and guards in place when operating the transplanter.
- Never adept repairs or maintenance while the transplanted is in motion.
- Never put the tractor in reverse while the transplanted is on the ground.
- Follow all safety instructions supplied by the tractor manufacturer to which the transplanter is mounted.

Limited Warranty
Mechanical Transplanted Company, LLC warrants each item of new equipment manufactured by Mechanical to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.
The obligaƟon of Mechanical Transplanted Company, LLC under this LIMITED WARRENTY is limited to repairing or replacing as Mechanical may elect, any parts that prove, in Mechanical’s judgement, to be defecƟve in material and workmanship within the first season’s use of 45 consecuƟve days aŌer iniƟally placing equipment in operaƟon, whichever occurs first. Any outside work or alteraƟons without Mechanical’s wriƩen approval will render the LIMITED WARRANTY void.
Mechanical’s obligaƟon specifically excludes any liability for consequenƟal damages, such as loss of profits, delays, expenses, damage to goods or property used in connecƟon with or processed in or by the product sold, or damage to the product sold from whatsoever cause, whether or not such loss is due to negligence of selling dealer of Mechanical Transplanter Company, LLC.
This limited warranty shall not apply to any item or machine which shall have been operated in a manner not recommended by the Company nor which shall have been repaired, altered, misused, damaged in an accident, neglected, tampered with or used in any way which in the Company’s opinion adversely affects its performance and results.
No person is authorized to give any other warranƟes or to assume any other liability on behalf of Mechanical Transplanter Company, LLC unless made in wriƟng by Mechanical Transplanter Company, LLC.
This limited warranty covers repair or replacement of Mechanical’s equipment only and does not cover crop loss, downƟme, labor, damage to other equipment, etc.
This limited warranty does not apply to exterior finishes, Ɵres, chain links, bearings, or any other items sold by Mechanical Transplanter Company, LLC, but warranted by the original manufacturer except to the extent of their individual manufacturer’s warranty.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXCLUDED, AS ARE ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS TO THE USER-PURCHASER, AND ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES, INCLUDING LIABILTY FOR INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ON THE PART OF MECHANICAL OR THE SELLER.
