Product Usage Instructions

  • Step 1: Place the weighing beams on a flat and stable surface.
  • Step 2: Connect the device to a power source or use the rechargeable battery pack.
  • Step 3: Turn on the device and select the appropriate weighing capacity and readability for your needs.
  • Step 4 : Place the load on the weighing beams and wait for the reading to stabilize.
  • Step 5: Use the device’s accessories and features as needed, such as suspended weighing, piece counting, or recipe level A or B.
  • Step 6: If necessary, adjust the balance’s accuracy using the internal adjusting weight or an external adjusting weight with the CAL program.
  • Step 7: Retrieve and control all relevant parameters and functions of the device using KERN Communication Protocol (KCP) or KERN Universal Port (KUP).
  • Step 8: Connect the device to a printer, PC, or other peripherals using one of the available data interfaces, such as RS-232, RS-485, USB, Bluetooth, or WiFi.
  • Step 9: Securely archive weighing results using the Alibi memory, complying with the 2014/31/EU standard.
