Product Usage Instructions
- Carefully unpack the product and identify all parts using the illustration provided in the manual for parts identification.
- Turn off the power to the installation point before beginning assembly.
- Attach the stem (3) to the swivel (2) and the socket (4).
- Attach the coupling (5) onto the cap (6) and secure it with the crystal (7).
- Attach the arm (9) onto the hook (8) and frame (10), and secure it with the wheel (11).
- Refer to the additional installation instructions included with the product for wiring and installation.
- Install proper bulbs (not included) into each socket according to the markings and/or labels on the fixture for maximum wattage.
- Restore power to the installation point and retain this sheet for future reference.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
