DOMEO 210 FL 3V EU Ventilation Unit
The DOMEO 210 FL 3V EU is a ventilation unit that can be disassembled and its components can be ecologically disposed of according to EU 1253/2014 regulations. The disassembly process involves separating the components into material fractions and larger components.

Parts to be Disassembled
The following parts should be disassembled:
- Filter cover (plastic) and filters
- 4 air connections
- Front cover (plastic)
- Heat exchanger
- 2 fan covers
- 2 fans (motor + fan assembly)
- By-pass
- Main supply wire
- Controller wire
- 2 temperature sensors
- Main PCB (electronics)
- Wall support (metal)
- By-pass back cover
- By-pass damper
Procedure and Tools Needed for Disassembly
The following tools are required for disassembling the ventilation unit:
- Scissors
- Nippers
- Pliers
- Phillips screwdriver
- Allen screwdriver
Follow the steps below for disassembling the DOMEO 210 FL 3V EU:
- Remove the filter cover (plastic) and filters by hand. Dispose of the filters in a general waste bin.
- Remove the 4 air connections by hand.
- Remove the two bottom screws by a Phillips screwdriver and remove the front cover (plastic) by hand.
- Pull the heat exchanger and separate it from the main body. Cut the heat exchanger’s grip using scissors and remove the metal supports by hand.
- Remove the two fan covers. Disconnect the motors from the main PCB and remove the two fans by hand, pulling firmly from the main body. Use a Phillips screwdriver to unscrew the two screws that join the scroll of the fan. Then, unscrew the three screws that unite the scroll to the motor.
- Disconnect the by-pass from the main PCB. Disconnect the main supply wire and the controller wire as well as the 2 temperature sensors.
- The main PCB (electronics) is fixed to the main body by means of 4 screws. Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the PCB.
- Unscrew the two back screws by an Allen screwdriver to be able to remove the wall support.
- Unscrew the last two screws remaining in the down face in order to remove the last metal pieces from the main body. The main body is made entirely of plastic.
Disposal / Recycling
Disposal must be carried out professionally and in an environmentally friendly way in accordance with the respective national legal stipulations. Separate materials by type and, if necessary, commission a specialist company with the waste disposal.

Procedure and tools needed for disassembly
The following tools are required for disassembly of the ventilation unit: Scissors, Nippers, Pliers, Phillips screwdriver, allen screwdriver.

- Disconnect the main supply wire and the controller wire as well as the 2 temperature sensors.
- The main PCB (electronics) is fixed to the main body by means of 4 screws. Use a phillips screwdriver to remove the PCB.
- Unscrew the two back screws by an allen screw driven to be able to remove the wall support.

Disassembly of heat exchanger
Cut the heat exchanger’s grip using scissors and remove the metal supports by
hand
Disassembly of fan-motor
Use a phillips screwdriver to unscrew the two screws that join the scroll of
the fan. Then, unscrew the three screws that unite the scroll to the motor.
Disassembly of main body
Unscrew the last two screws remainint in the down face in order to remove the
lasts metal pieces from the main body. The main body is made entirely in
plastic.
