ZEPHYR 56240027 PRCAST-C001 Set of 4 Presrv Casters
Product Information
The PresrvTM Casters are a set of four caster wheels designed for select kegerator models from Zephyr. The caster wheels come with spacers (56240027) that fit over the screw hole openings underneath the kegerator, making sure the larger opening of the spacer is over the compressor bolt. These caster wheels are only applicable for the following models: PRB24C01AS-OD, PRKB24C01AG, PRKB24C01AS-OD, and PRR24C01AS-OD.
Product Usage Instructions
Before installing the caster wheels, make sure to empty all contents within the cooler and close the door properly. It is recommended to have at least two people during the installation process to prevent injury.
Step 1:
Lay the cooler gently down on its right side.
Step 2:
Remove the leveling legs from the cooler by twisting them counterclockwise.
Perform this step for each leveling leg.
Step 3:
Place and align the spacers over the screw hole openings underneath the
kegerator, making sure the larger opening of the spacer is over the compressor
bolt. Note: Only install the spacers if the compressor bolt interferes with
the caster installation. If a spacer is used, make sure to use one for each
caster; otherwise, the cooler will unevenly stand.
Step 4:
Install each caster wheel by aligning it with the spacer and securing it with
(4) M5*12 screws and washers. Perform this step for each corner.
Step 5:
Set the cooler back to its upright position. Place all contents back into the
cooler.
Note:
These caster wheels are only for kegerator models PRKB24C01AG and PRKB24C01AS-
OD beginning with serial number 10. If you have a different kegerator model or
serial number, do not use these caster wheels.

Installation Guide
This caster wheel installation guide is only applicable for the following models: PRB24C01AS-OD, PRKB24C01AG, PRKB24C01AS-OD, and PRR24C01AS-OD. In order to install the caster wheels onto the kegerator models, PRKB24C01AG and PRKB24C01AS-OD, both PRCAST-C001 and its spacers, 56240027, are required.
To convert the stationary unit into a mobile unit, please follow the instructions below. Installing the caster wheel accessory should require at least two people to prevent injury.

Empty all contents within the cooler and close the door afterward. Lay the cooler gently down on its right side.
