How do I share devices with other users?
How do I group multiple devices together?
How many devices can I control?
The maximum range of the Bluetooth connection is 50ft and the maximum distance between two lights is 26ft. Our App can control an unlimited number of devices, but please make sure at least one of these lights is in Bluetooth connection range.
My device has a funny name, how do I rename it?
What should I do if the device is offline or disconnected?
Typically, when this happened, just unpair and pair the device again and it will work. But before doing that, please allow access to Bluetooth and make sure all the lights are in Bluefooth connection range. If it doesn't fix, feel free to call us at 1 800-990-7688 and we will provide you with help.
How do I remove devices?
NOTE: REMOVING THE DEVICE WILL ERASE THE CONNECTION SETTING OF THE SMART LIGHT. YOU MAY NEED TO PAIR IT AGAIN TO RECONNECT.

Do I need Hub or Zigbee?
If you want the light to work with a smart speaker, you'll need a smart hub.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE ENTIRE MANUAL BEFORE OPERATING OR INSTALLING THIS PRODUCT.
- ONLY use this light on 12-24V AC/DC circuits.
- The maximum load (combined total wattage of all lights) should NOT exceed 80% of the total power rating of the transformer.
- The wire is intended for shallow burial (less than 6 inches deep).
- Install ALL lights at least 10ft away from pools, spas, or fountains.
- Keep the lights away from flammable or combustible materials.
- DO NOT touch the lens, guard, or light housing while in use.
- DO NOT operate or install a light with missing or damaged parts.
- DO NOT submerge this light in water as this may damage it.
- Vertically mount the transformer at least 12 inches above the ground.
- Keep this light out of the reach of children under 3 years old.
- DO NOT connect this light to electrical systems that DO NOT have grounding.
