Product Information:

The device contains license-exempt transmitter(s)/receiver(s) that comply with Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada’s license-exempt RSS(s). Operation is subject to the following two conditions:

Product Usage Instructions:

When using the device, ensure that it is operated in compliance with the above-mentioned conditions:

  1. Avoid using the device in a way that may cause interference with other devices or systems.

  2. If interference occurs, stop using the device immediately.

  3. If the device is causing interference, try to correct the
    interference by one or more of the following measures:

    • Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
    • Increase the separation between the device and receiver.
    • Connect the device to an outlet on a different circuit than the one used by the receiver.
    • Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.

By following the above instructions, you can ensure safe and proper usage of the device without causing any interference to other devices or systems.

CONNECTING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Download the Globe Suite™ app Make sure your mobile device is running ios 9.0/watchOS 2.0/Android™M 4.4 or higher.

    • Download the Globe Suite app from the iOS or Aneroid score.
    • Use vour email to create an account and log in.
  2. Set your smart bulb in pairing mode Once the smart bulo is screwed in correct and is powered on, the light should be flashing rapidly, indicating it is in pairing mode
    • If it is not, turn the power switch controlling the light “Off / On / Off / On / Off / On.”

  3. Connect to the Globe Suite™ app On your mobile device, please ensure all requested permissions are enabled:
    Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Location Services.

    • Select the “+” icon in the top right of the Globe Suite™ app home screen.
    • If the light is flashing rapidly, the “scan” mode will detect your bulb within a few seconds. When discovered, select the bulb icon, and tap on “Next.”

  4. Your smart bulb is ready!

    • Name your device and choose which room to place
    • You can now control your smart bulb directly from the Globe Suite™ app.
    • Still need help? Select the “How do I set device into pairing mode” link on the “scan” page and follow the in-app instructions or view the video.
    • You can also scan the OR code for a short instructional video (see page 1).
  5. Set up voice assistance

    • On the home screen, select “Profile,” and select “Integration.” Choose your voice assistant and follow the instructions within the ape
    • Create Siri Shortcuts (for iOS)
    • On the home screen, select smart scenes, then select the “+” icon to add a Trigger Scene.
    • Once completed, select “Add to Siri” and add the phrase to sir shortcuts.
    • Please note that the exact phrase must be said to execute the Trigger scene with Siri.

LIMITED WARRANTY

This bulb is warranted to last 3 years from the date of purchase based on use of 3 hours per day. If it fails before that time, we will replace it. Send Globe Electric the bulb, proof of purchase and register receipt along with your complete name and address. See caution text for proper use. This warranty is void if this product is misused in any way. This replacement is the sole remedy available and liability for incidental or consequential damage is expressly excluded.

CAUTION: DO NOT USE WITH STANDARD DIMMER. Only use the control provided with or specified by these instructions to control this lamp. This lamp will not operate properly when connected to a standard (incandescent) dimmer or dimming control. The bulb can be switched to different operating modes and is dimmable through the Globe Suite™ app. For use only in 120V/60HZ circuits. Risk of electrical shock. Do not open, no user-serviceable parts inside. This device is not intended for use with emergency exit fixtures or emergency exit lights, photocells and electronic timers. This device is intended for indoor use. Do not use where directly exposed to water. Minimum operating temperature is -20°C (-4°F). This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not
cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
