The Pairing Way For Added Rock Lights:

1. Turn on the wire harness switch three times repeatedly (each interval shall not exceed 5 seconds), wait for the LED light to flash to enter the pairing mode.
2. Long press the Breathing Button of control box for five seconds to connect. When the indicator light is steady on, the pairing is successful.
   Note : The above operations are suitable for adding new rock lights

Check whether the RGBW color works normally. The interval between the light on & off is 1s, and it will continue to cycle without exiting the self-detection interface. PIs note that whether the light color is consistent with the color indicated by the APP when detect.

Customer Questions & Answers

What is the maximum distance between the lights and the control box to maintain a normal connection?
The control box controls the LED rock lights by radio. Since the radio signals are easily shielded by metal and earth, the communication distance changes accordingly. In an open environment, the maximum communication distance is 10-20m. For installation in a complex environment, it is recommended to place the light to the installation position firstly, then power on, and conduct a communication test through the control box to ensure that the control box can control the lights, finally install the lights.

Why the lights are still off after power off and power on again?
The lights will undergo power-off protection when off, to avoid accidental damage to the internal precision components. After power on, it will conduct a self-check and enter the silent state. At this time, the lights are still off and need to be controlled by sending a signal through the control box.

Can Mictuning APP control multiple sets of C3 products at the same time?
Can not control at the same time, can only switch to control one set. If you want to control more than 8 pods light, you can do it through pairing.
