Not recommended to store dairy products for more than an hour in this bottle as dairy spoils at a much faster rate.
If bottle is used with dairy products, extra attention should be used to ensure the starting temperature of the liquid when poured into the product is as close to 32 degrees F as possible. Storage times may vary due to many variables, such as starting temperature and how the product is being used. Please reference FDA recommendations for proper dairy storage temperatures. -
Never leave child unattended while using this product.
-
To avoid possible injury, do not let child walk or run with product.
-
To avoid possible injury, do not let child chew or teethe on the soft material of the straw as it may present a choking hazard.
-
Check soft straw and stem regularly for tears or cracks and replace immediately if damaged or worn. A worn stopper may cause the product to leak.
-
To prevent overflow, DO NOT fill above the bottom of the stopper.
-
Continuous and prolonged sucking of fluids such as fruit juices or flavored sugary drinks may cause tooth decay.
-
In general, food and/or beverages should not be left in the container for longer than 24 hours. However, the rate at which food and/or beverages spoil depends on several factors. Certain foods and/or beverages, such as dairy and tomato-based foods and/or beverages, for example, may start to spoil sooner.
-
If food and/or beverages are left in the container longer than 24 hours, or you suspect spoilage, use caution when opening the container. Food and/or beverage spoilage can cause pressure inside the container to build, possibly leading to the forceful ejection of the stopper or contents. In such circumstances, before attempting to open the container, ENSURE THE OPENING IS POINTED AWAY FROM THE USER OR OTHER PERSONS TO AVOID INJURY.
-
DO NOT use to store or carry carbonated drinks or dry ice. This may cause the stopper and contents to eject forcefully or leak.
-
DO NOT use tools or devices to force the container to open.
-
If you are unable to open the container using hand pressure, do not open it and dispose of it at your local waste facility.
