1. SAFETY
2. INTRODUCTION
Quickly and safely overcomes the awkward job of lifting 4×4 vehicles with offset differentials. Simply remove the existing trolley jack saddle, replace with cross beam adaptor, fit the jack saddle into the hole in the adaptor and you are ready to lift. Suitable for jacks with a 30mm spigot pin. Note: Remove any rubber jack pad from the saddle before u sing to improve safety.

4. ASSEMBLY
- Unpack the product and check contents. Should there be any damaged or missing parts contact your supplier immediately.
- Wind the knurled thumb nut (item 2) on to the threaded yoke (item 1) with knurled shoulder uppermost as in fig.1.
- Look for the keyway slot in threaded yoke and align with the tapped hole in end of load beam (item 3).
- Screw the cap screw in toward the threaded yoke keyway slot without clamping. This screw keeps the yoke ‘v’ on the axis of the beam.
5. OPERATION
- Remove trolley jack saddle from jack and the rubber pad from the saddle.
- Place the assembled beam as shown in fig.1 on to the jack spigot hole.
- Position the assembly beneath the vehicle axle as fig.2. Keeping the beam horizontal, jack the saddle up to the differential casing. Adjust yoke height to engage with back axle housing for smooth lifting.
- Raise vehicle to required height and immediately position axle stands to support vehicle during servicing. (See safety instructions)
- Lower the vehicle by method 5.3. Remove axle stands and lower.
- After use, clean with a lightly oiled cloth with attention to M30 thread.
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids according to local regulations.
