Uvex U-Fit Disposable Gloves
Product Information
The uvex u-fit gloves are safety gloves designed to protect against chemical risks. The basic glove material is made of nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) and does not have any lining. The gloves are available in four different sizes – S, M, L, and XL. The smallest packing unit contains 100 pieces of gloves. The gloves are marked with pictograms and performance levels according to EN 374:2003, with the lowest performance level being 1 and the highest being 6. The sampling for penetration testing is done by the general inspection level in accordance with DIN 2859, part 1 with AQL 1.5. The gloves must be disposed of when the permeation time expires.
Usage Instructions
Before using the gloves, check them thoroughly for any damage or defects. Do not use defective gloves. The actual period of protection on the job may differ from the performance level due to various factors such as temperature and abrasion.
Cleaning the gloves is only possible when not working with aggressive chemicals. To clean, rinse the gloves carefully under lukewarm running water.
Store the gloves in a dark, dry place. After contamination, a change in performance cannot be excluded. If the gloves come into contact with chemicals, please consult the chemical manufacturer’s waste disposal guidelines. Do not wear gloves where there is a risk of being caught in moving machinery parts.
